  Terrible experience with Damac.
  3rd week after paying them money as expression of interest. Now, literally begging for refund the sale person Mr. Firaz but no help. Customer Ref number 38843. System is updating, Application is down, manual procedure, CRM department, different procedure, account issue, email no reply, reminder no help, and so on. Deposit money is held, thats it. Very bad experience..

  The worst developer you can ever deal with. Mr. ken from contact center was nothing but useless. Spoke to his supervisor Mohamed who committed ro respond via email but ofcourse nothing happened as usual. I have been raising requests on weekly basis and no one is getting back to me (PoA) or the owner of the unit. Multiple requests recorded below:

  - Request 89037 (by Mr. Sameh)

  NEVER EVER INVEST TO DAMAC!!!!
  I WISH I KNEW IT BEFORE! LATE HANDOVER FOR 2 YEARS! Your MANAGEMENT SHOULD CHECK THE QUALITY AND AFTER SEND TO THE CLIENTS HANDOVER NOTICE! NOT WASTING MY TIME!
  I MADE ALL OF MY PAYMENTS ON TIME AND EVEN IN ADVANCE! AVOID THE SERVICE CHARGE!

  The best place from there i can take a view of every single thing when ever i am confused about the places. And the another best thing about this damac is always hygienic.
