Our second time at Noodle House, though was a little disappointed with the meals ordered on this occasion. The dishes were not hot, and felt that the pad see ew was undercooked.. Furthermore, we were unable to connect to the restaurant's wifi to redeem the Entertainer voucher. The waitress seemed reluctant to assist. A deliberate ploy perhaps?

quality and portions have decreased, roasted duck portion is smaller than before, they do not offer the starter for free as before (fried crackers) and the waiter checked with my husband my request to change chicken satay for prawn satay was this because Im a woman and not a man? I felt bad.
What a shame to have to look for a different restaurant after years of visiting the same restaurant due bad decisions and greedy management.response / report this review -

We had a group lunch at noodle house and the staff was quite inconsiderate giving us all stupid policies they can make up. Not good for group lunches, you'll be disappointed and quite embarassed.

Visited this place twice while we were staying at Gloria hotel. The staff are amazing and so friendly. Took special care of my 3 year old son, got him balloons and stuff kept him occupied. Franz specially is an amazing lady. She always smiled and gave us the best service ever. Thank you guys and thanks noodle house we loved your service and the food. All the best to you guys and love you all.
