Waiting long time for flight but fully systematically all of doing there activities, Free WiFi but difficult to connect,mobile phone charging facilities very rare because big line many person are waiting for charging ,charging also very slow boost charger should arrange.

The terminal is small and has very limited number of food and drink facilities. You can basicaly choose between KFC and Indian fastfood. The Costa shop has few seats. The Paul bakery probably is the best place to have a snack. Low cost and low quality terminal and lounges.

Very congested, huge crowd. Food are very expensive. Bring your own snacks or some food. Mobile charging stations are always full with passengers plug their smartphone on charge and using at same time. So you have to wait long for your turn. Better to bring your own power bank.
This summer was my first and probably last experience with FlyDubai.

Not so clean. Decent airport but very crowded and small. Only for Fly Dubai airlines. Keep in mind that it is a very very small airport so you don't have to really rush. Arrive 1:30-2hours before flight and you'll be just fine. I wish that it was bigger and had more options for food and shopping.

Its a small airport but very clean and easy to go.
Mostly for fly Dubai flights.
Marhaba lounge is also now opened in departure waiting area.
check in/boarding pass machines are there. So if you have only one hand carry, you can print your boarding pass through that machine and go to the gate.

After arrival at Terminal 1 one would expect the terminal 2 will be something similar but it's not. Way more smaller and compact hall. Not so wide amenities to choose from. But pretty much everything you will need before you departure. Immigration control was swift and smooth.

Terminal 2 is not too close to terminal 1 and 3 (one would think it's between 1 and 3 but it's not). I agree with another Local Guide's suggestion, which is to check in online first- (if flying Fly Dubai) because then the check luggage line is much shorter. I flew out of gate F9, and the waiting area smelled like folks had been sleeping and living here but hey, it's an airport and the lines were pretty efficient- overall, the airport is well run.

I think the best experience in terms of DXB is when traveling with Emirates out of terminal 3- they have a state-of-the-art terminal. Terminal 2 is more like the United Nations if airlines (Air Turkmenistan anyone?)
