The best thing I have treated my self with, I had the Royal Ottoman bath at the end thy give you a Turkish braslate, the place is super clean and the staff are friendly. Come early to enjoy the facilities.

Omg! Had the jacuzzi followed by rose balm massage. Spectacular ambience and luxurious pampering! This is bliss. Can’t wait to spend another day here. The receptionist gave me 20% discount as they ran a few minutes late. Made me smile more 😁😁😁

Nice spa with a number of facilities such as a large pool, jacuzzi tubs, snow room, sauna (both dry and wet), steam room and ""adventure showers" (which are more novelty ideas than anything). They are gender separated so men and women are kept apart, and they are very strict with cell phone usage in the women's areas (which is rightfully so since a lot of women come here to unburden some of their coverings). The co-ed section is just a jacuzzi which is a bit underwhelming. They should definitely cater to more co-ed spaces that you can share if you are coming with your significant other. We had the couples hamam (Arabian Rose) and it was ok. The bubbles were fun but I felt like the rest was underwhelming. I'd probably sign up for a massage instead next time.

Pretty decor, terrible massage!
Fist of all, my therapist just put a bunch of oil my and rubbed it in with minimal skill or effort.
Secondly, I paid for 1 hour massage and barely got half an hour one!

I was in Dubai recently and went to this spa on my first day of arrival, I had a full body massage and facial and must say they were the best treatments. My therapist was very professional, friendly and very helpful.

Very disappointed from massage, i have been there with my wife many times, nice location and nice hammam but the massage was very bad and just they make you oily no plan no its very painfull for such as nice place like talis to hire untraind people,

Horrible experience. I booked for a massage with my mother &then I was using the pool and the lifeguards were giving off extremely bad energy. I couldn't enjoy myself at all with them eyeing me at every move. After speaking to manager, she decided to give us a free sample of anti ageing facial cream which wasn't selling well off at their shop. I'm still 20. For a luxurious spa, this isn't the treatment expected. Extremely poor & cheap.

I had a fantastic experience at the spa , I was very well cared for by my therapist Gusti , it is the first time I have had a spa treatment and I was very nervous , absolutely no need to have been as it was truly wonderful , I booked another treatment and as I am returning again to the hotel shortly , I have also booked for my return visit , can't wait , it made mes feel like a knew woman ,

Wow experience , The place is amazing , relaxing and beautiful , the staff are very professional , I did Turkish Hammam , massage , facial and everything was perfect , I need to say its a very expensive place but to me its worth it . Great service Great place , They have a pool , Sauna , Snow bath Steam bath , Jaccuzi , you can use all the facilities once you are booked for a treatment , They have also packages for couples who can enjoy a private suite with pool and sauna inside !

I wanted to book a spa gateway for 2 at Jumeirah Zabeel Saray Hotel, to celebrate my birthday with my best friend. When i called to book i was informed that i couldnt use my discount of 30% for me or my friend because of the "festive" season. First of all it was on a week day, second of all its not holidays in dubai, and third of all in the promotion / discount advertising it doesn't say that it cannot be use for " festive" season, whatever that is supposed to mean. When I asked if there was availability IF i wanted to book (without using discount) of course there were plenty of timings available. I TRULY expected more from Jumeirah group, unfortunately this is dubai and there is very lil i can do about it, only thing i can do is share my bad experience. THANK YOU for ruining my b-day!

Definitely an outstanding spa experience! We have been exploring the cities spas & I would say this is simply the Best !! I booked a day pass for my husbands birthday & more than impressed with the services. Value for money is great. The male therapist from Bali was excellent ( sorry forgot his name) & my therapist Jit was very good. Superb standard & looking forward to our next visit to try the outdoor Thai massage & Hammam. Thanks to all the staff !
