Update 23/01/2020: All positive reviews are fake and by employees of company. Got items after a long wait of 120 days, many in damaged condition plus one full box (No. 6) is missing, plus as time passed by, every few days we realize some items that we packed are missing, definitely they were purposefully removed or stolen to make the baggage lighter! Company refuses to compensate for missing & damaged items. The missing box(No. 6) had crucial items which were expensive. They didn't deliver the box initially, on multiple followups they later delivered a chair that was part of the box. I asked where is the full box, how did you take a chair out of it and deliver it alone? They have all evasive answers, saying the box had just the chair. They had thrown the box and taken out a chair! I made a big mistake enticed by their cheap initial quote of 3800 AED on inspection, which was cleverly raised to 4465 AED at the time of packing. I had no option but to pay at the last moment as we had to vacate the house. And did I pay extra to get the items damaged, crucial items missing, that too after a long wait and chase of 120 days?
Please don't go by positive reviews. Three of the 5 star reviews are by employees of the company (such as Fazeel). As of today, the company is refusing to pay for damaged furniture and silent about missing items.
All my friends who sent through other providers have received their stuff in exactly a month without significant damage. For me, I was just unlucky to have selected TGM. I will follow up with Department of consumer affairs with a complaint for sure.response / report this review -

First of all they shifted to international city before i gave them cargo on their bills n verbal explanation they said their off is in bur dubai. its on 27/8/17.i tried call on their landline went unanswered, Even today if u see in their address bar it still says bur dubai and old ph nos.. this shows how alert they are and how careful when it comes to customer satisfaction.while booking they said you can track the cargo after 60 days now they say you have to call us and ask for the status we dont have tracking facility,

I shifted my personal belongings (including Washing Machine, LED, Microwave, Computer Monitor etc.) from Dubai to India in early May-2017 through Air-freight, was charged 6.5 Dh/Kg as overall weight was around 300Kg. I'm mentioning my experience for you to take informed decision:
1. On Washing Machine : Bubble-wrap, followed by cardboard was being wrapped around washing machine while packing at home. (This didn't look sufficient for transportation purpose) On raising this point, they said it was preliminary packing , and main packing will be done by them again in warehouse, : However when it arrived at destination, I found that no further packing was done, and it rendered crack on washing machine, and front door also became loose.
2. I insisted them to put 'fragile' marking on Box containing 'Personal Computer' and 'Washing Machine' to which they said that they are generally putting 'Fragile' marking at their Warehouse, on all the items. I believed them. However it was discovered that, in none of the items 'FRAGILE Item' was marked.
3. Out of 17 Boxes (pieces), 8-9 were packed by me beforehand, and rest were packed by them. As per Airlines in destination , many boxes packed by them were recd. in DO (Damaged-Opened) condition - this is also due to improper packing. It is suggested that you pack your belongings in small 10-15Kg boxes rather than they packing it in big 30Kg boxes.
4. My total weight, which they measured based on weight / volume (and considering higher among these) was 368 Kg (Gross Weight), however Airline Bill (charged by Airline to TGM) showed only 331 Kg (Gross Weight). When I confronted the person and asked them to refund the access amount charged to towards 37Kg extra, favorable answer was not recd first. I'll be sending formal e-mail to them for refund, and will update under review section)
5. Insurance : During inquiring phase, we were told that Dubai Government backed insurance shall be provided at 2.5% rate of declared value of goods, however when person came for packing and we talked about insurance, he said that you have to deposit additionally 25% (TWENTY FIVE %) of declared value of good now to avail Dubai Government backed Insurance; he also added that TGM, by default provides insurance to items they handle. However, when they provided their Invoice, there was not mention of 'Insurance' in that. This may leave customer with no legal re-course in cases of theft / damage.
6. Make sure that you supervise the packing of sophisticated items, I had had to intervene to insure proper packing of my personal computer (which was clubbed along-with other items in 30kg box).
7. Storage at their warehouse : Upon my request, TGM stored items at their warehouse for few days. Delivery was timely.
5. Behavior of personnel - OK, but they seemed to be in hurry. 1 item (Rod was left, even through it was told to them earlier), and later when we asked to club it along with other packed item, they resisted to pack it. As it was small item, we agreed to leave it there.
It is imperative and strongly suggested that you discuss and finalize every aspect (packing, insurance, documents for insurance, what is not covered in insurance, free storage, if any, method of calculating weight (weight or volume)). And wherever possible, these should be mentioned in invoice.response / report this review -

Very prompt service- from sending quotations to picking up luggage (51kg) at a day's notice. I did not avail packing services or container, though. Helpful and cooperative with paperwork. Priced moderately well. Luggage reached me within 20 days as promised, no hassles and no breakage. Packing boxes were covered by them with water proof material. The delivery boys charged more tip but that's understandable for the service provided. Highly Recommended.
