  From the prospecting by Sharo to the move supervision by Shoukat and execution by the team our experience with Interim was superb. We have used Interim as our mover of choice for over 15 years. The team is hardworking and polite, clean and pleasant to be around. They have a team that helps from A-Z including removing and hanging curtains and helping with shelving and carpentry. They hardly took breaks and ensured our items were moved safely and sensibly. We wholeheartedly recommend this company.

  I had engaged Interem Relocations for shifting my household goods to India a few months back. The company assigned Ms Donna as my account manager to organize this shifting. She came to my apartment to check the items to be moved to India and give an estimate of the cost involved. From my first interaction with her, I found her extremely professional, polite, courteous and expert in her job. She made an accurate assessment of the total pay load and gave the quotation for moving my household goods from my apartment in Dubai to my house in Gurgaon. I compared their quotation with two other packers & movers and found it to be quite reasonable.
  
  Even after getting the quotation, I had several queries related to relocation like the custom clearance procedures in India, the custom duty rates on various items, who will handle the clearance formalities in India, etc. She responded to all my queries promptly and guided me well on the entire relocation process.
  
  On the appointed day, the team of packers and movers from Interem Relocations came to my apartment and packed all my stuff carefully in heavy duty export packaging in a very professional manner. They took these items to their warehouse from where they were supposed to be put in a container for shipping to India within next 10 days.
  
  I was on almost the verge of shifting back to India when I received an interview call from a very good company in India and the first round of interview went quite well. I immediately requested Ms Donna to hold my shipment in their warehouse and wait for my further instructions. Even though she had already lined up for shipment of my goods to India, she immediately put everything on hold. She asked me not to worry about the safe keeping of these goods and wished me best of luck in getting this new job. I finally got the offer letter from that company. I informed Donna to continue storing my goods in the warehouse till I find a new apartment in Dubai. It took me almost a month to get the offer letter from this company and to find a new apartment in Dubai.
  
  After settling down again in Dubai, I called Ms Donna again to move my stuff to my new apartment in Dubai. She sent her team once again on the appointed date. They unpacked all the boxes, assembled back all the furniture items and kept all the items in the space we asked them to put. All the items were delivered in their original condition and there was no damage to any item.
  
  Overall, I had a very good experience with Interem Relocations and their account manager, Ms Donna. They helped and guided me in every stage of the relocation process and adjusted quite well to my last-minute change of plan. Ms Donna was always ready to assist and help me in whatever way she could like a true friend. I would always call Interem Relocations for all my future relocation requirements and recommend them to everyone looking for a professional packers & movers with an impeccable service and a customer friendly attitude.

  Excellent services provided by Interem. I would like to mention certain people who made my transition very smooth. Very polite, helpful and informative… they guided me well and answered every query I had. I knew I was being taken care when I spoke to them.

  I would highly recommend Interem, having experienced their professionalism and efficiency myself.
  
  The team were very quick and very efficient in making my visa application process smooth and painless. From filing the application to doing the medical test to getting my visa stamped in the passport and receiving my passport and Emirates ID, they took care of all document and processes.
  
  Furthermore, the team is well-versed with regulations pertaining to residency and local government regulations, and are happy to help with any information one may need.

  I relocated from UAE to glasgow, and got my stuff back last week and to my surprise everything was amazingly fine and perfect the way it was packed.. I got the referral from one of my close friend about Interem.. Was scared to use them, but they proved me wrong, everything they did from start till end was perfectly AMAZING. They have done the job quite professionally and i must say all of the staff was cooperative and concerned,

  Leaving this feedback after failing to get response from Interem. We hired there relocation services for relocation from Dubai to Germany in January/February this year. and had received their quotation through Service Market website.
  
  Our stuff was delivered in Berlin (Germany) on 30th May while the goods were collected from Dubai 13th February. Our items were in satisfactory condition although there was a delay more than month in delivery.
  
  In the end the whole experience was really frustrating and painful. Painful as we are a family with two small kids. We were literally deceived by their partner in Germany who delivered the stuff in Berlin. As per the terms and agreement the unpacking and collection of debris is to be carried out by service provider. Only two persons showed up on the day with delivery of 30 boxes. After discussion we agreed to unpack the stuff on our own as per mutual convenience and that we will call them back for pick up of the debris. When we called them to pick up the debris to our surprise they said it will be done when their pickup guys are in the area next time without any definite timeline. They kept dilly-dallying on it and on multiple followups with Interem and the local service provider they gave false stories.
  
  Can you imaging the pain and inconvenience my family had gone through because of all the trash in our house for so many days. We had to get rid of the loads of trash on our own with a lot of trouble and risk of getting infected due to debris. This was paid for to Interem. After we got rid of the debris is when the local provider responded that there pickup guys can come after a month for pickup.
  
  I asked them to refund the amount for services not provided but Interem is in no mood to even respond to the emails now. In the end it was clearly evident that they didn't intended to provide the complete services and also not abide by the terms and conditions for what we had paid for.

  Positive:
  Price
  one of the cheapest offers among the competitors. However, below it will be obvious why.
  Packing of the material
  Brought all required packing materials with them and wrapped everything very carefully.
  
  Negative:
  
  Organization of the required documents/clearance of container:
  It seems they don't really know how to approach the customs and clarifying what documents are required to even enter the country of origin. In my case, Germany was the destination, however I had to take care of getting the proper documents myself. I admit our clearance was a bit complicated, however Interem was unable/not interested in making an effort to receive needed info from the destination port. Eventually I handled it all myself, otherwise the container would still be inside the harbor
  
  Professionalism
  This is the main factor of why the price was seemingly cheap. Especially the worker showed an attitude which is totally unacceptable. Although given precise instruction of what to do,in terms of what to pack, how to pack and what items are to be left as they were and just putting them in a box. They decided not to listen, and do what they believed is right.
  
  Also if you value the privacy of your personal items, Interem is certainly NOT the right choice. The workers actually looked through my wife's underwear and used them as a buffer material for the remaining furniture. Also two boxes are missing which no one feels responsible for.
  
  Customer Service
  In this case non existent, because the worker claim to not have touched anything and Interem doesn't seem to care for a solution. Even though it was proven the workers did a horrible job, they still believe everything is ok from their side. Many phone calls have been done with reassurance that they will take care ASAP. This so called ASAP obviously means more than 3 weeks, in which I actually had to call and follow up.
  
  Hence I cannot recommend this relocation service in any way. The two stars are given based on price and wrapping of valuable furniture.

  This is the worst service I have experience in my life, unprofessional staff, they don’t know what they are doing. First they will come with a cheap quotation to sat you up for the trap, then when you compare them with other company you will see that they are little cheaper, but believe me do not fall for this, this is a scam and the company is fooling their customers.
  And at the end you have no right to complain or claim anything.
  The worst shipping company you can think off.
  If you want to waste your time and money and your goods then go with the Interem.
  They don’t care about their reputation and service.
  I have my goods shipped to the other country and because of their scam I paid triple the amount and when I complained to customer care they said they will give me discount next time, as if I am idiot I will use their service again
