Stored my stuff with them for 14 months. Had paid for 16. Eventually I shipped my stuff out of UAE with a cheaper company. (Gave them the option to price match, but they didnt want to). After that they refused to refund my 2 months prepaid storage costs.

This was our first experience on moving. so we are really scared about moving. we came to know about phoenix from one of our relative who had already got the service from them because of this reason only we choose phoenix . But after their excellent service we are really happy and i will definitely suggest one and all phoenix only. i am feeling great to share my experience with you guys .

I can strongly recommend phoenix to my friends for their relocating services. I am happy on their professional service. specially their Filipino team leader was so helpful to allocate my stuff in the new residence. They have sent their handyman team on the next day as my building securities were not allowed on the first day to drill in the evening. I will use them again if I move from here.

Highly recommended. I used them to move my stuff from Dubai to UK and they have done an excellent job right from the start of staff behavior, friendliness, taking care of fragile items and packing them carefully taking it all the way till door delivery and unpacking. I was actively updated of the progress. The shipment arrived in less than three weeks and nothing went missing or damaged during transit. Their counterparts in UK Removals were very helpful too. Feel free to ask for anything more on these guys.

Genuinely? I hardly write reviews but I was so impressed I had to! my belonging were lost by another company. phoenix world wide movers llc not only found them, they contacted me, took responsibility and arranged everything to get them to me Responsive on telephone and e mail, reassuring and efficient. Their UK agents were equally efficient and professional. I can't recommend them highly enough and you need to use them, seriously. Great job guys. well done to you all

I would like to thanks for the entire team who was supported me to move my villa from Dubai to London. Packing was absolutely on well standard and it's really kept my items safe till receive it in London. There was a small confusion on one item when they delivering but Phoenix is rectified it quickly with their agent. In my few years experience this is the satisfied relocation service i seen. Thanks to all packers and coordinators

Worst experience ever.
Unfortunately I hired the service of this company to relocate from Dubai to Mumbai. Firstly their crew didn't arrive as per the schedule time for the packing. They came late in the evening and worked till next day early morning. Which disturbed the schedule of our whole family too. On top of this the shipment took almost 3 months to reach the destination. Whereas they promised us for the maximum 1 1/2 months. In addition to this we also face lot of mental harassment while clearing our shipment at the destination port. We were forced to pay huge amount (almost 7 X of expected amount) to the clearing agent too in addition to the full charges we paid in advance to Phoenix. We have no alternative other than paying this as our shipment was parked in the port. Port also charges for each day if the shipment is parked in their storage beyond the allowable period. So the Phoenix & their clearing agent took the undue advantage of our helplessness.
As i mentioned the shipment took almost 3 months to arrive, few of our goods were damaged too. Unfortunately i didn't took insurance for my goods. That was additional loss to me.
So all together it was worst experience with so called professionals.
I would strongly not recommend any one to hire the service of this company. They are worst professionals in this business.
Actually this company didn't even deserve a single star. But my post couldn't get uploaded unless I select one. So friends please do not even consider this single star as my rating.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They lost a very expensive item of mine and have not responded to my queries for almost 1 year! The most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with.

Terrible experience. Unprofessional. They arrived 1 hour late. They ran or of paper while packing. They left 50% of my goods on the street pavement for them to collect it later as they ran out of space in the truck. Once at new location they just offloaded the boxs and left the premises ! It was a pack and dump experience. Or pack and move.

Worst company I have ever dealt with. Be ware, they under quote and then bill you for things they don't mention. For example, I told them another company quoted me based on 62 cubic meter container, they changed their quote under cut the other company, and once they finished packing, they increased the price and said your furniture needs 75 cubic meter container, and hence they became more expensive than any company that quoted me. Since straight unethical and pure lying to consumer. And I see why they do it, what are your options once they pack your stuff and just want them shipped! You will likely move once out of Dubai, so you are not a repeating customer, so they don't care, they lie to make more money. They are no difference than a burglar.
Be warn, this shipping industry needs to be tightly controlled.response / report this review
