Average place but at least neat and reception staff were generally nice and hospitable. Let me wait for my tour pickup in their reception area even though I was not a guest resident.

Stayed here for 3 nights with friends. What a great place. The apartments you can trust!! 2 big rooms one self contained. Customers service are helpful in case you want to make room adjustments according with your needs. Makes feels like home. If your in a group of 2 couples or 4 folks this is a place to stay with amazing deal.

Spent about a week here on holidays with my family. Loved the experience. The personnel were courteous and professional. Top notch security, nice view and ambience. Air-conditioning is superb. There's a gymnasium and a medium swimming pool at the top floor and roof respectively. There are lots of restaurants in the neighborhood that take orders via phone and deliver right to your room at no extra charge.
We did experience a few nuisance fire alarms. It wasn't fun taking the stirs a few times.

Cozy, well placed hotel apartment. Lots of restaurants nearby and as well a 24 hour Carrefour. Friendly staff and good amenities in house

Staying 10 days from UK. Spacious rooms, however smells from other rooms come through the vents : smoke farts; very unpleasant. Ok location , great to go and swim at their partner hotel Time Oak as the swimming pool here is dysfunctional. Basically the whole place is just running down. The gym treadmill now doesn't work properly. The cooker didn't work so they changed it but the next one was badly over heating. Entertainment ie TV is rubbish only 2 English speaking channels: showing 1980's films hence the children were especially very bored in the evenings. Leaks in the bathroom so the floor was always wet. The cleaning staff tidy very nicely. Good supermarkets close by. So ok if on low budget otherwise try to find a better place

This casual, pared-down hotel in the Al Barsha neighbourhood is 6 km from the Emirates Golf Club, and 9 km from both the Mall of the Emirates and the Wild Wadi Water Park.
The simple 2- and 3-bedroom apartments come with Wi-Fi access, flat-screen TVs, kitchens and laundry facilities. They also include living rooms and dining areas. Some are duplexes.
Amenities include a rooftop pool, a 24-hour gym and a relaxed cafe.

I like all the stuff in there . Ahmed , Hany and rebort. They are so kind and always welcoming us .
The appartemnet is good for big family or for friends who wants to stay together instead of taking hotel rooms . Some apartments has good views . It has good kitchen And big living room , good rooms . Very neat and clean . I hope if they will just replace there beds. Because it's just amazing for sleep .

There is no seperate elevator for service so you can find yourself sharing an elevator with a cleaner holding his vacuum.

The apartment was so noisy cuz of the workers nearby at the time of my visit..

The gym is a joke ..

It was not so clean .. lots of hair from the previous guest.. I even found a condom near the bed.

The furniture is a bit old .

Time crystal hotel was a big disappointment. The pictures shown in the website were such a. Exaggerated version of the real place..The service was below average. Cleanliness was also an issue. The upholstery of the furniture was dirty and smelly. Overall a below average experience.

The flats are very spacious, and the rates are great. The location is very nice too. I love the place and if their rates are like this then for sure I will come back.
