We have worked with Pratik & Tommy at Better Homes over the past couple of weeks. Pratik listened to our requirements and found us a number of places which matched well. He has been responsive and helpful, picking us up to take us to apartments. It was a relaxing and non-sales approach from them both which you often don't get in real estate, something which my wife and I appreciated. Thank you guys.

They offer equally poor service for the owners and charge premium rates. What they include in "property management" is very restricted and for any additional service (which should be a part of the property management), they ask for additional charges (rip-off). My previous agent was poor in communication. The current one is much better. I would have contracted another property manager if it did not involve me the cost of travel, lodging, etc.

Very positive experience thanks to Better Homes efficiency and speed in finding out our new home in Dubai. Once you are new in town usually the ideas are confused but in our case our agent Fabio Lombardi had been able to understand our needs, proposing the right solution feasible and suitable in terms of budget/comfort/location.

I've got help from Anita Szilagyi from Better Homes in the last couple of years to find apartments for my and my family for rental in Dubai. Anita is always extremely helpful and provides world class service to satisfy the needs of her customers. I would recommend her to anyone who would like to receive excellent service and assurance of finding the best possible place for rent or buying. She is trustful and very professional. She did an amazing job finding our apartments that we like very much and we are grateful to deal with her as she is also a wonderful person.

Better Homes has been our real estate agent since 2012, they have top notch service that made us feel secure with our rented property. The worst experience ever. I contacted one of their agents to sell a property, he took the details and then never contacted me and was not answering my calls and WhatsApp. I called the call centre to change the agent and they took my details but didn't hear back from them. I emailed and I got the reply that they will get back to me but as usual they didn't despite me sending another email after one month but with no response.

I have read the reviews , I do not know much about the old or new management, but all I can say that I have had to deal with Anita for the last 2 months to purchase another apartment in Dubai and I have been very happy about her efforts to take me out for viewings after my working hours and she gave me many good advices that turned out right. She is very professional and followed up with my purchase all the way throught from research to registering Dewa account. Comparing to my previous agent she is amazing, for sure I will call her back for my future investments.

Hello, I must say that so far my experience with better homes was consistent with the bad reviews before. but recently there is a new boss coming from England and I have to say that it was a real relief for us to find someone to listen to our problems and not like robotic little soldiers who repeat you 10 times the same arguments to make you silly. it is his intention to put a human face to this agency I wish him sincerely good luck.
In addition, it is very nice to have a partner who talks
perfectly English that you can understand perfectly,it does not happen so often in Dubai:)

Scary money story! Better Homes managed my 15 properties for many years, suddenly the money held in my portfolio vanished, due to "accounts mistakes, system glitches and many excuses " Nobody replied after that, neither managers nor customer care, now a lawyer is dealing with that. Don't trust in Better Homes to care your properties, if you did, you should go and review all payments done/deposits/ internal PC transfers from the beginning.
