Beautiful place especially at night! All the foods are good & staffs are so kind! Best Thai restaurant in Abu dhabi! My favorite dish here is banana blossom salad and grilled sea bass with pomelo. Both are so yummy. They serve several vegan menus as well, and you can use the Entertainer voucher here.
The night view of this restaurant itself is romantic and the day view is also good since you can see the beautiful Saadiyat beach.

Went there for my wife's birthday. The team were fantastic! Attentive, helpful and made the whole experience a very special one.
The food and drink was well proportioned and served in a very presentable manner.

I would throughly recommended Sontaya, especially for a special occasion.

This is where you will celebrate the flavours of asia. The food is terrific the ambience so welcoming. Best shot during sunset sitting at the bar and continue the journey to the main restaurant for meal. Excellent wine cellar and choice of food. If you are vegan or vegetarian dont worry! They have massive menu.

This is a nice place to eat Thai food. the chicken was not great but my family seemed to like it so..
Yellow curry was great but the chicken in that was not good but the curry was great.
The vanila icecream was lovely and tasty.
The service was good but could be faster.

Sontaya is a Thai restaurant within the St Regis property. It offers outdoor seating next to water ponds, or indoor seating with a nice styling and long parallel benches. Spring rolls and satay skewers were middle of the road. My wife enjoyed her salmon more than i cared for my sweet and sour chicken, oddly a pair of whole chicken breasts coated in a deep fried breaded crust. Fruit dessert was excellent. Service a bit clumsy but cute and friendly. 55&5th still has my preference at this property as far as food is concerned, Sontaya is nicer in terms of decor and atmosphere.

Fabulous location, great Thai food and service.

It is pricey, they do a nice three course set menu but you can use your Entertainer vouchers if you just order the mains.

There is a kids menu option, which has a great selection and is resonably priced.

An incredible dining experience. It feels absolutely amazing from the moment you walk down the wooden walkway, to when you take your seat next to a shimmering infinity pool, to when you take your first bite of the incredible food. Superb service, ambience, and food. Highly recommend.

Delicious dinner and great service. We had dinner inside, but I bet that during cool season eating outside shall be even a better experience. The location was really really nice.

What a wonderful meal ! Hard to decide what to eat as there is a large selection I decided on short rib curry , very large portion , absolutely delicious . , the service was excellent with friendly , professional staff giving clear descriptions and I was very impressed that I was asked if we had any allergies before we ordered . Can't wait to come back .
