  Asked for pricing about tourist visa and the person wanted my UAE residence visa copy. When I asked why, the reply was or I can come to their office directly for the information.. for an enquiry about their own service??! I don’t see why they need copy of legal personal document to tell me prices. On top of that when I said I will enquire elsewhere, was told that I have no manners.
  The person I dealt with has no customer service skills, and clearly doesn’t want/need to business. Wouldn’t use them even if it’s 50% cheaper because I have principals.

  This center is very trusted, I had made tourist visa to Russia in this center twice
  And the cost is almost the same of what you are paying in the embassy
  I wish I can give more than 5 stars, especially for , especially for Ms.Alina, I never seen anyone confident of his work like she does.
  They give the visa ready even earlier of the promised time, and Ms.Alina give free and very helpful advices before the travel, in addition they are offering to help after you travel

  I like to thank you. Today i came back and it was really amazing experience to visit moscow. I love it so much i make alot of new friends.
