I had called on 3rd July and rescheduled the delivery to the office address and I was promised that it would be delivered on 4th July but Did not receive the shipment. I tried calling 3-4 times everyday after 4th July but the call was not answered and disconnected after several minutes of hold. I was the status today that the document has been returned to the Shipper. This is such an irresponsible and worst service I ever faced with any courier service earlier.

Had such a bad experience. Can't trust them and their services. They have a useless phone too where no one answers for at least 15 minutes initially. The pick-up service was booked on a Thursday afternoon 1.30 and the document pickup was not done till Friday 1.30. Customer Service answers that we are closed from 12 to 2 in the afternoon. Crazy answer. Did not want to give any star at all. But had to click on 1 star else this post will not go through. Never Ever go for a service with this courier.

Charged me for same day pick up, then failed to follow through. Once they failed to follow through I was set to receive a penalty by the receiving party and they refused to take any responsibility.

The customer call center's lady gives misleading information. She said I could come and collect in person before 6 o'clock, but when I came there with all traffic suffering, satff told me that the shipment was not available and I had to wait till tomorrow.

do not ever try to use this courier they are 10000000% worst and careless courrier , very very bad experiend it took almost 2 weeks before our shipment came from india, then when they delivered our item almost half of the whole package has been damaged , so iresponsible , idiot & careless people
