Nice place to stay & all shops available. Nice play area within the building for kids and well maintained swimming pools.

A good living destination for an average family in Dubai. The concourse area view will definitely catch your eyes. Separate chiller fees applicable, hence a bit higher on the rentals.

I like the community. Few friends live there. Great services like washing of your car, apartment cleaning etc on reasonable price. So much fun for kids. Access to malls in Dubai in a short time. Just under 2hrs drive to Abu Dhabi and Alain. Gym, swimming pool facilities are well maintained.

Best Place to Live all the apartments are wide.There is a Little Beautiful park and a swimming pool so you can enjoy all day long on the park.

Lovely development, well located and connected, yet relatively quiet. Features nice and bright living spaces with a good layout, and great views for the outward facing apartments. Boasts a vibrant and friendly community with mostly families. Amenities are available in the building and nearby, including 4 minimarts (two of which West Zone) within 500m. However, the building is not maintained very well by the developer It's clean but wearing out already, and it occasionally has cockroaches. Parking for non residents is also an issue.

Good building location is good. Down there they have supermarket and restaurants. They have musallah. Swimming pool is there. Kids area is there between buildings. About flats rents are reasonable but at the cost of space in flats. Room are not that big.

It consist of 6 large towers, all connected through parking top floor, 2 swimming pools and kids playing area
Finishing of the building is 4 starts, visitors will have to find parking outside
Few services provided in ground floor shops external side

Nice community, podium level 3 is so much fun and relaxing
Facilities, Supermarkets , pharmacy , clinic, Salon, nursery all are nearby
The only disadvantages are the A.C. system and its high fees, also the location is far from the city and the public transportation you have to own a car.response / report this review -

I this place to live. Because peaceful. It has swimming pools, kids play areas in 3rd floor podium. Easy to access E311 and E611 express way.

The build quality is not bad, only if the place was not in the middle of nowhere it would be worth living.
To get to anywhere in Dubai, you need to drive 3-4kms in the opposite direction to the next bridge to make U - turn, again typical of Dubai.
Parking is free unlike the rest of super rich Dubai.
