Over the last two years this place keeps you waiting on average 30/40minutes. You tell them to do stuff and they dont do it making you come back again again. This place and this place alone is the only reason i will not be purchasing another VW. Very poor customer service experience for me.

Reply to response: i have contacted your "customer service" email before - with absolute ZERO response. So better in a public forum I think

Disappointed with the service support. Even scheduled appointments take time what to talk of walk-ins. For the last few days, I'm calling the customer support only to be told that the service advisor will call me. And he informed about calling me back in two days with the estimate. My car is with them for five days and I've no clue about the status. Not even an SMS!

4 services in the past year, all done same day without a hitch, and at the price agreed. May be more than outside garage but the VW stamps in your service help when selling.

This was my first service with Volkswagen in Dubai. Although I have to admit that i was a bit hesitant after reading the reviews but my experience was superb. Extremely professional kept me updated and most importantly no surprises. Hopefully this is going to be the case all the times from now on and to be honest I can't see any reason as to why not. Thanks to the team that they tried to do everything possible to minimize the inconvenience of servicing the car.

There was a guy in parts who try to trick me. I went there because my battery died, I call asking for how long is the warranty on a new battery and this guy told that it was only for a year and I that I had to purchase a new one, so of course that’s what I did! Then a went to pay my new battery and this second guy gave me the invoice and told me to keep it as the new battery has 2 years, so I asking how many years warranty? He says 2 after that I spoke to the supervisor and he arrange everything. Unfortunately there are some people with this behaviour and don’t deserve this type of job.

Although my appointments are booked in advance, when i reach my service advisor (Suresh Poojary) does not seem to suggest me service's considering what was recently fixed and what needs immediate attention. Un professional service advisor.

VW service is always good, but wait time was little bit high to check small issues as they check issues on Queue concept.
My brake pad had to be replaced, they didn't have option to replace single piece or didn't tell me which brake pad was not good, they replaced all brake pad front and back. Expensive too.

On attention to detail there is a slight gap. My brake pad had to be replaced, they didn't have option to replace single piece or didn't tell me which brake pad was not good, they replaced all brake pad front and back. Expensive too.

Just an average place. Do not expect any high level of customer service. It is far better in ali and sons abu dhabi. They sound like its our mistake that we purchased vw vehicles. The best guy found there was mr june service advisor

Service advisor called Wilson totally changed my impression about the Service Centre. I used to ged good service before.
He is totally not professional in customer cervice and technical knowledge. He has done his best to me not to leave the car for servicing.
Girls at the reception also not welcoming and responsive.

They need more staff to do good work, it's an agency so their work is good, but it takes so long, especially for the emergency cases! I came because of a battery issue and have been waiting for 1 hour to get my number (6 people before me) and another hour to check the car! And still waiting!!
