Good location, walking distance from the trade center. The breakfast buffet was great and the clubroom had a decent view (see picture). They a rooftop infinity pool and an adjoining gym with nice views. However, not all the rooms have any view due to an adjacent building. The check-in process was very slow.

Brunch at Feast
Have been back again a few times now for a really lovely brunch. The service and food are both extremely good. During brunch they have a small jazz band of which the singer is v good sometimes a little loud but overall it's well worth a visit. Thumbs up to the team of Feastresponse / report this review -

Had a really good stay here. Staff are accommodating and everything we ordered from the room service is spectacularly executed. I would give 4 stars if they have obliged warming up our son’s baby food, who was still too young to eat any of the kids’ meals on their menu. And also, I would not recommend ordering through the door hanger checklist as they missed getting ours even though it was placed before the deadline specified on the card.

Excellent check-in. Rooms are impecable with superb beds, nice working area, clean carpet clean hallway. All staff are right on target. Would have rated 5 except that at checkout my group extended me to 6pm but for some reason this didn't carry on to the different members and was questioned about it at least once with an additional call to the room! People and staff were very polite about it. Would rate 4.8 !

One of the most stunning hotels I've stayed in, in dubai. From amazing views to a gorgeous breakfasts this sure is a luxury hotel.
The pool is on the top level but can be to cold in the winter season. The jacuzzi is perfect all year round.
The bar also serves reasonable priced drinks compared to local barsresponse / report this review -

I went there at for a presentation. The place of the hotel is perfect just near to Dubai world trade center and the metro station is just five minutes away.
The reception staff was very helpful by all kind. it’s a lovely hotel with great amenities. Modern stylish meeting hall. Nice views through floor-to-ceiling windows. The foods served was delicious, freshly cooked stuff. Good choice and variety of cuisines, juices and desserts.
I have some comments on housekeeping, it has some scope for improvement since there were some inconsistencies like not refilling toiletries, tissues etc. Good parking management.

One of the best Sheraton’s I have ever been to. Astonishing design and excellent service. Lounge is strictly recommended. Also fitness and spa are very good. No complaints at all. Excellent A+++

Was at Feast restaurant .. good choice and variety of cuisines , juices and desserts a good price/quality ration. However seating areas could be better managed. Outdoor sitting is small but nice.
Crew are friendly and helpful.

I stayed here for 3 nights. Nice large rooms. I took one with a view of Sheikh Zayed road. I had placed a special request for a firm bed on their FB Messenger account before starting from home. Was glad to see that the request was already taken care of when I arrived.
Breakfast is expensive, but they have a very good spread of items from different parts of the world.
Housekeeping has some scope for improvement since there were some inconsistencies like not refilling toiletries, not refitting basin caps after cleaning etc.response / report this review -

Extremely bad parking experience. Serious review of the parking situation at the entrance should be undertaken by the management. Hotel was decent from Dubai standards.

Had dinner in feast restaurant. Seafood night.. The waitress were amazing.. The food was very nice altough it was missing oysters in that night. Deserts are very good. Good price for the food

Average SPG standard but not in a convenient location. The hotel has all ameneties of a five star luxury hotel, clean, alert staff as in all Sheraton hotels, great restaurant. Management and Chef are German and they try to meet expect German perfection.
Only the World trade centre area is a remote place with little Dubai around instead a bunch of luxury hotels in the neighbourhood.
If you do not want to pay the astronomical bar prices and eat in one of the expensive restaurants nearby there is luckily a Zoom supermarket in the business wing of the hotel.response / report this review -

Lovely hotel, great location at the beginning of sheik zayed road. Very neat to World Trade Centre, food is exceptional. If you are a family try their apartments which are spacious and filled with all the amenities. The chef Ariv has been exceptionally good in taking care of our dietary requirements of Jain food and arranged everything as per our satisfaction. Highly recommended. Will love to stay here again.

Great hotel. Good for business travellers. In-room dining could've been better. Didn't like the quality of food. Awesome rooftop pool. Just about decent location (read nothing much to do nearby).

One of my favorite places to stay in Dubai for business. Easy access to train in either direction. SPG points make me loyal. Wonderful club level lounge with doting and caring staff. Adequate pool for swimming laps.
