Truly fantastic. Really nice location, atmosphere and a great ambience. A good fun place to hang out on a Saturday night, the live music and dancing was really fun and amazing.

Stunning open air smart casual lounge open 6pm to 3am, shisha and meals with a wide selection of drinks, non alcohol cocktails known as mock tails also available.
Friendly service. The reason for a 4 star rating instead of 5 star is die to the pricing which is so expensive or seems they cater only for foreigners paying with dollars or pounds.

Nice place and with a great view but sadly horrondous service. It seems the waiters are only interested in serving you if it's big orders like bottles of spirits or in general if you are a big spender. We had made a booking and came for a couple of drinks and finger food. The drinks and food items were good and tasted nice. But apparently ordering a large bottle of water was a difficult task. It took (not even exaggerating) 1.5 hours to get it while having reminded 4 different members of staff. I have never seen something like that before and the lack of care was shocking. On top of that after 2 hours we were nicely told to move to another table at the back area because they needed the tent for other guests. Bare in mind we had reserved our table a few days prior. Summed up a pretentious place and will never go back.

One of the best lounges in town. Located on the rooftop of Four Seasons Resort at Jumeirah Beach road. You can enjoy amazing mediterranean cousine and drinks with stunning view of Burj Khalifa a whole Downtown Dubai.

My experience at the mercury lounge was absolutely horrendous. My first and last time. Service was terrible, staff was rude. They made us feel like we should feel fortunate to be in the crappy institution. They purposely ignored us when we called them, making eye contact and turning away. When we yelled to call them, they came to our table and reprimanded us, stating that they don't accept that kind of behaviour.
We asked for Charcoil for our shishas, the guy showed up after 25 min claiming that people keep taking his charcoil and that's why we had to wait.
A 5 star hotel like the 4 season should demand more of its restaurants. Very disappointed in the quality of service and quality of food.
The venue is beautiful, such a shame that it's so poorly run.
