  Used them to store my furniture for the past 2 years. My experience with them was great and I didn't run into any troubles. Special thanks to Mohammad Qasim, he's always been helpful, understanding and assisted in transporting our furniture out of the storage effortless.

  If you are ever indeed of a good company to help you move or store your items it has to be Prime city Storage & cargo packaging llc.They helped me out a lot when I was desperate to put my stuff in a storage due to some circumstances , they are 24 hours . Amazing team. A month later they came and put the stuff back in my place and arranged everything . prices are great. Probably the cheapest in the market. Highly recommended.

  I had a great experience with one of the staff members from Prime city storage Mr Shoaib Hassan. He actually listened to my requirements and gave me a tailored solution to my case, instead of just giving me a standard rate card quote that could’ve cost me more money ! I really appreciated this personal touch to go the extra mile.

  Would not recommend this removal company at all. They insisted that they had someone who was a specialist in dismantling a pool table (which we had to pay extra for). When they were dismantling the item I questioned the team asking why they were pulling it a part into so many small small pieces. This is not how it was even installed. They completely broke our pool table.
  
  When they came to install it at our new villa, it was a complete disaster. It was wonky, the pockets were falling out, nothing like the condition we had it in.
  
  When we questioned Hassan he told us that it was not their problem and there would be no financial compensation for their mistake, they wouldn’t even come and collect it.
  
  Extremely infuriating dealing with these guys. Would not recommend if you have valuable items, as sadly they do not no what they are doing at all, but claim they do to take your money. AVOID
