Ig uses tricks in their trading system to steal your money, beside the known ones such as high leverage. For example, if your trade is losing, and of course you can't top your credit, because card payments are not allowed, IG in this case will wait until their profit (your loss) is maximum, then their 'system' will close your trade in exaggerated way, e.g. closing more then needed by margin call.
Tech support is getting worse.
Mobile app freezes on market openings (fast moving prices)

Platform is very nice. Customer service is non existent. I made a withdrawal, got rejected a couple of times. Their response was shambles. After waiting 2 weeks from withdrawal date, they said we will send you a ledger report and you can take it up with your bank. They sent me some record, wasn't even mine. After 16 days the money returned to my account. I still don't know how I can withdraw money from this account.

they are doing things to force u to lose .. one if the things is when u keep your position open to the next day everyday they will charge u because u didnt close the position after midnight so example u keep it 1 year open the position they will charge u more then hundred thousand DHS .. very stealing company and program this they have smart skills how to make u lose .. better to not trade with them .. there is alote of another brokers they not charge something while keep your position open even for 10 years! nd shortcut better to not trade in forex because its legal money Lundy 🙃

Not only a great platform but also the most honest company in the world. I’ve used their platform for 3 years seamlessly but two days ago there was a technical mistake with my account and although I kind of noticed it, I wasn’t sure if it was me being mistaken with the figures so I never raised any complaint as I wasn’t 100% sure, I stayed silent. The next day IG themselves noticed it and entirely voluntarily from their side they called me and credited it to my account. It wasn’t a small amount of money. Amazing honesty from a financial broker/institution. I’m now a fan for life, thank you IG!!
