The service is not well organized. When I first showed up, the reception staff were distracted and confused as to why we were there. We arrived at 2pm and around 215pm I noticed several of the ladies that work in the office leave even though they close at 5pm. Typical around this neck of the woods. Then there was an issue with the registration and the person that can fix it was not available before they closed, surprise surprise. So we had to come back the next day when everyone showed up to work again.

Only Location is good but service very bad . They are too busy now to handle the clients properly.if you want to do the transfer soon and want someone to handle your case carefully with full attention then it’s not right trustee for you.go and find a trustee who they are in less rush area and they will give your full support. Note all trustees are same in Dubai if they are registered with DLD.

Lots of land registration firms do not explain the total fees as well as the needed documents right away. Thankfully, I did not experience any out of control incidences while working with Seal Real Estate Registration Trustee, they were very transparent from the start and they provided me right away with a list of documents needed to register my property. From now on, they are the only firm that I will work with.
