  I usually to come and sit in this place. The ambiance, the food was amazing, the price range was affordable. I would like to appreciate they’re waitress Sayra. I like the way how she smile and treat customer. I usually saw her cleaning the tables, arrange those condiments area. She maintain the cleanliness of her dining.
  And I salute her to that and to the rest of the team. You train your staff well and professionally x Kudos to everyone!! Keep it up TEAM ONYX!!!

  I’ ve been referred to this place by a friend to look for a new launch product of French Bakery!
  
  Tasty food specially the crispy hash brown potatoes.👌
  The place is quite and clean, also the staffs are very accommodating and friendly. Special mention to “Francis” he’s so helpful and friendly staff. Great job team Onyx all the best!

  Hi, this is Mac and I live in Onyx Tower. Each morning I have breakfast in French Bakery and it is a true pleasure! From the moment I walk in and get a nice "good morning" from Kath and all her excellent staff, till the time I leave for work it is a great experience, love the food, coffee and especially the staff!
  The only thing I would ask management to consider is to allow customers to add in a tip for the staff when using Tap as no one uses cash now!!

  The welcome, attention and willingness to please and make customers happy is possibly the best ever example of customer service I have ever experienced. The place is quiet and clean and Francis provided us excellent customer service experience, he is very accommodating and provided us all options available based on our tastes.

  Unquestionably, the best French Bakery I have visited. The ambience was vibrant and relaxing. Will definitely rate the 5 star for everything they served! Keep making great coffee and croissants! Well Done Kath and Team
