Ali and other two persons did fantastic job.
They packed everything carefully, moved safely without any damages, and finally they unpacked and rearranged every thing exactly like how it would be in our moved out flat.

Worst company. It was our 5th move in 7 years in uae, first with Al Sahel after reading amazing reviews. The staff was untrained, casual, unprofessional, attitude problem. They damaged my sound bar (loss of 300-400 dhs), damaged my bed hydraulic storage area (300 dhs loss) and lost the nut so hydraulics dont work anymore, some drawers have issues and they are falling down, they literally threw the boxes in the new house and left without unpacking properly. Its been 5 days and we still cannot find our items and struggling sleeplessly with young kids. The lost nut for hydraulic bed was a unique piece and isnt available in whole of dubai after I spent a full day in al qouz , ras al khor, Ace and even deira. I dont remember names of all but only few cooperatives ones who were better than the remaining seven were Sajid and Arshad who were good but not the best. Im at a loss of words to explain my misery. Only if my wife hadnt insisted for Sahel i would have gone for emovers who were offering similar rates. I am still recovering from the losses and damages.

From quotation, through packing and unpacking, to handing over, Sahel Movers were world class. The team were highly professional, courteous and efficient. Used Sahel Movers few times for apartment shifting and they have done a great job. They patient efficient and professional. They have all necessary equipment, boxes, bubble wrap, tape and the very useful portable wardrobe to protect your clothes on hangers. Good value for money and good response.
