All was good, I believe the steak was overstuffed with black paper which spoiled the flavour, it's a stark not a masala dish.
They were running out of wet wipes!!

You will never have steak like Ruth's it has a quality that is hard to find elsewhere. Ladies night has a good atmosphere but I find the music too loud, ladies love to catch up with all the news over meals and you find it difficult to make yourself heard.great choice of music--just tone it down to make a good night a great night .

Great steak cooked perfectly. Oysters were very clean and the vinegar sauce it came with was great. My dirty martinis we spot on. And management insisted on giving me a free dessert. Definitely will return!

As usual Ruth’ Chris always delivers. I am used to going to the one in Minneapolis, Minnesota. This one is even greater. It is in the Address hotel in the Dubai marina mall. It took me a while to get to it from the mall side. It was worth it thou.

Great atmosphere and decent food but it's greatly overpriced and has only average service. Our waiter was pushy about us ordering premium water, there were no decent wines for less than AED500 a bottle and the steaks lacked flavour and ended up overcooked on their "sizzling plates". Despite the steaks costing almost as much as that bottle of wine! There are many superior options at this price point in Dubai and they offer more than this franchise did. Will not return.

Definitely the best Steak House in Dubai, the best quality and the best ambiance. Staff is great and friendly. Strongly recommend for a romantic dinner or Friday’s outing with friends.

Extremely poor service! Food was good but did not make up for the lack of ambiance and shockingly poor service. Waiters can’t speak English properly and waited 30 min for the bill. Not worth going here.

Promised to be an excellent dinning experience, food was unquestionably good, will happily go again. However, avoid any night when the live music is playing; it's deafening and really, really spoils normal conversation.

I ordered a petite ribeye and told them I wanted it rare. A big portion of the steak is medium and small portion rare. The steak tastes good but I did not enjoy it because the chef killed the steak by cooking it too long. Very disappointing. Being such a renowned steakhouse they should have put something underneath the steak if they intend to serve the steak under a very hot plate. Not sure why they didn't think of that.
The service also sucks big time. All service staffs are not trained. The manager in blue suit does not smile and walks around like a robot.
Do not waste your money on this steakhouse. Expensive, lousy steak and very poor service.response / report this review -

Best steak house, New York strip was half a cow. Cooked to perfection. Seared tuna starter always something to look forward to. Cheesecake is for 4 people. Service in the beginning very good, after the restaurant filled we were more or less ignored. It s far from cheap or reasonable but the quality you get for it make up for everything.

Accommodating of an extra guest last minute. Glasses shouldn't be empty- could refill faster. Consistently delicious petite filet. Sweet potato casserole is a must. Happy hour should apply to dinner guests.
Thanksgiving take away dinner is excellent value for money.
