The room is very big and comfortable. The personal is polite and devote. Perfect location. Near malls and the beach. The pool is quite small, but never crowned.

Close to Corniche, difficult parking and no iron in the room. I didn't feel staying in 4 stars hotel. They provide contraception in the refreshing kit, maybe this hotel good for couple but not suitable for family with like us.

Room are too big.. food too good and quickly serve always..Its always a solid destination tourist or local. Especially during the winter when they have the ice skating rink up and the decorations. It's one of the only places you'll ever be able to ice skate and see the sunset over the ocean its really amazing..

Good location for cruise terminal.Hotel is quite smart inside but outside there are road works but no noise. Breakfast not so good staff only have one speed slow. Sack the omelette chef.

While the location was handy you'd expect more from a four starred hotel.
List of difficulties faced a) In a room booked for two, amenities we received were for one in the bathroom b) the lighting in the room. Half the time we had difficulty switching the lights on. Someone should have arrived early and ensured we knew how the complex light system worked c) The breakfast! While the choices were extensive and delicious in the morning buffet I still would have expected more (especially on Christmas morning!) Also, the delivery of utensils were late and there was definitely something wrong with the juice served. It tasted weird
Even so, the place was still pretty enjoyable and my stay was too short to have properly enjoyed all of their amenities and made the necessary changes needed (which I'm sure they would have made had I made an effort)

Room was big and cozy, bed and pillows were so comfortable. Toilet is having large tub and free toiletries. Pool was nice and temperature controlled. Jacuzzi was heaven! We ate in lemon restaurant buffet but was a little disappointed with less food choices considering the price. Free valet parking available. Overall hotel stay was superb.

Good hotel, but it's not strategically located. It's difficult to find taxi in front of the hotel, unless you walk several meters to the nearest bus stop.

Visited the hotel as part of a Groupon coupon. For 70 dirhams I got brunch and pool access. The brunch itself was predominantly lunch food so it was disappointing to not find basic items like omelettes.

The rooftop pool was very nice though. Small but cozy and ideal to come to with a small group of friends. I came with 14 other people and we had a blast.

Spacious rooms, good service. Centrally located for business purpose. If your driving, then they have no parking available. Additional costs incurred for public parking

Although we seldom write reviews, Kareem's deserves a good one! Andrea, an Indian cuisine expert, and i went to Kareem's last night for their 5-course meal. Quite simply, it was one of the best indian meals we have had and we will return. Many thanks to Naila for her warm and friendly welcome, and to Kareem's staff for a great meal.

Go there---it's really good.

Excellent place to spent your free time. Really relaxing place. Hospitality is excellent. I must mention two names larushca(guest relation supervisor) and pathum( lifeguard). Its seems like they r born for this job. Keep going guys..

A very nice hotel to stay in abu dhabi. The rooms are clean well maintained, the staff is very friendly. Food quality is also good. Will be much better if they increase the menu items. The view of swimming pool from the top is awesome. A must stay hotel for family travellers.

The view from hotel room window is amazing, sadly if you are not going to open it your pictures will be blurry and dirty because the window glasses are not clean. There're dirt everywhere on the window. The staff in the reception are nice and accommodating but the service is slow. The pool in the roof top is just like three bath tubs combined together.

Very good service by the staff but the rest truly dreadful. The Internet is very slow when you are able to get it even inside your rooms. The food in the restaurants isn't that good. The gym just has the basics so don't expect to be able to do a good workout. The entrance is tricky as you have to round the complete hotel just to get to the entrance. The rooms have exit lights which don't let you sleep among many other problems.
