Online order received missing parts, called and waited a week, sent emails and a gentleman promised that someone will call me back to ship the missing parts in couple of days, waited and called back, sent reminders, called mobile and land line and no one answers.

Although the exhibition is old, and it is assumed that they have extensive experience in customer service, on the contrary, I went to the Dubai branch and the employee did not give me any help because he was busy with his mobile phone. Today, I went to the main exhibition in Ras Al Khaimah and the same thing was repeated, Employees are busy with mobile phones and side conversations I decided not to deal with them at all. They don't even deserve one star for their customer service.

At this very high class place itt's nice to walk around and explore the exhibition. There are so many very special items and equipments. The Design is basicly a cool understatement and so really timeless. You can combine a shopping time at Al Hamra Mall with the sight seeing at the Showroom. You just have to cross the street via the bridge. It is worth it.

Hi your Online website customer service is very poor . I have purchased an item with delivery 2-4 days after order and have been tracking the delivery but no luck .
Your team does not respond to emails even after reminders.
And telephone number is absolute disaster doesn’t connect after trying a 20 times .
It would be appreciated if I can get some attention and be contacted regarding same!!!

I bought RAK Ceramics and it was a very bad experience. Ceramics were all crooked, not straight and give very bad image to the space were put. Very poor quality, ugly service and generally speaking not satisfied at all.
