Doesn't look like a resort from any point of view. Mostly looks like a cheap place you enter with a prepaid bracelet. Lots of Russian people. Buffet for dinner and breakfast: lots of different things to choose. Quality is decent.
Minus: babies crying. Over crowded. If you are aming on a romantic weekend do your self a favor and avoid this place.
Probably hostel or camping will cost u away less and you'll enjoy a lot moreresponse / report this review -

What can i say! What an experience! Great place, I had so much fun with my family! The rooms are fantastic! If anyone want to visit then this place is for you to enjoy with friends and family.

Friendly enough staff, however. The all inclusive food and alcohol are cheap and not good at all. Pictures of rooms are deceiving regarding the Balcony, the view is also terrible. Balcony was barely big enough for 1 person let alone 2. Service was slow, the food I ordered 3 times was wrong. Generally an absolutely poor experience, very very dissapointing. If you don't care about quality of the inclusive food and beverage and are here to party. This place is satisfactory at best.

A place we always go, when we want to leave, for just a couple of days. We feel in vacation even from the parking lot, where the valet will take care of your bags and car. Guest desk is offering a super expeditious service, minimizing your waiting time. Rooms are nice, spacious and comfortable. Wifi is working pretty nicely everywhere in the hotel.
Plenty of options, if you want to eat, at any time of the day. The restaurants are offering excellent food and, even if you just pop at the last minute, without the reservation, they will always try to accommodate you.response / report this review -

I am only rating the steak house in Rixos. This is excellent and well worth the money. The steaks are almost perfect and the wines are a bargain. Compared with the Lexington in the Waldorf you can count on only one third of the Lexington bill.

Very good place to come with children. Meal is ok and they have 6 additional restaurants where reservations should be made to seat for free. At 8am queue to the ticket kiosk for reservation ;)) pools are huge, baby pool also available. We always had what to do with 3y baby. Those who like tasty dinners will be pleased - five very good restaurants on site. Italian restaurant is also open for lunch. Its really amazing place!

Lovely hotel, spent New Year here - great atmosphere. Great for families as great selection of food outlets and lots of entertainment. Adult only areas too.

Good place for families as there are tons of activities that the resort organize daily..there is kids play ground area and a nursery..so you can leave your kids there for a bit and enjoy the sun in the infinite adult pool..it’s all inclusive resort so you don’t have to worry about your kids bothering u for their beverage and food demands each hour as the place have food and drinks lying there all day..

When you are selecting a hotel with 5 stars you need to ask what does it mean “deluxe” room. We asked about room with “best view” now we have PARKING VIEW. We asked about room at the highest floor, we get first floor. We asked about ballcony, we didn’t get it. After report this fact to the front desk we were informed that there is no guarantee that we will get the room we asked . humiliating ! for a hotel of such "standard". I recommend everyone to check which room you will get - because we instead of resting on the terrace we have to close the windows in front of the exhaust. Its Our first day here 6 left. �

The place is superb! All inclusive package for a reasonable price. Family friendly since you there places and activities for tge young ones. The food they serve are great. Great place for food trips. The staffs are accomodating and will do their best to give you a great service. already come thrice and will definitely coming back.

Stayed there with family during EID holidays,
Big disappointment with food, the same spread was repeated all the time for all three meals. Same type of food again and again after paying so much money?!
We were informed that it is all included hotel and there are plenty of options for eating in various restaurants, but when we tried to book lunch/dinner in other restaurants, they said all are fully booked, with much difficulty we were able to book a table for dinner at Turkish restaurant but the the menu there was one page with not so many choices, so we decided not to eat there.response / report this review -

I was impressed with this ALL INCLUSIVE Hotel, even the restaurants dotted around the hotel were included, you just had to book them! Meat point had 5 star food in my opinion (it was incredible). Buffet breakfast again lots and lots and lots of choice, lots of seating to suit your wants and needs. Adult only pool and bar were fab and the Pina Colada on tap were pretty yummy too. Lots of pools, close beach and bars dotted around. Afternoon tea again included was a fab extra touch and the on site club was a fun night out if that's what you like. Our hotel room was pretty posh with a huge balcony felt very posh indeed! We got exactly what we went for, very relaxing indeed 👍

The Hotel is one of the best hotels in UAE, the hotel system is really great specially for foody people :)), once you are in the hotel you have access to all its restaurant at no additional cost.
The kids will be happy too, the have there own swimming pool and play ground under the supervision of good staff.

food and beverages included. almost every type of food is available all day and yes quality of food is 8.5/10. swimming pools r spacious with morning water dancing classes. price for a room are a bit expensive but u can always check through online for offers

I had my birthday weekend there with my girlfriends and the experiences was top notch! The staff was amazing and every place we turned were friendly faces and warm hellos. The service was very accommodating and the breakfast buffet was perfect. Will surely return!
