The price is a little bit high. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The house keeping are ok.
Their toothbrushes are divine! So soft I can't find similar ones at any shop!
Reception personnel are good but took a long time for check in. However, all staff are friendly.
It's not hard to find taxis.

Excellent views of the corniche and a great location right on the Corner drive. Gives a 360 view of the Al Majaz water promenade. Hotel has great spa and good f&b nearby. This hotel with a 4 star rating seems to be as good as a 5 star. Nice areas for morning and even strolls around.Beautiful landscape.

Currently here for an extended stay of 1 month. Very friendly helpful staff. Rooms are of a good standard though slightly dated. Internet is stable and fast. Included breakfast is of excellent quality. Free parking. 5 minute taxi to the beach or Sharjah city centre. All in all this seems like a good place to stay in Sharjah.

I stayed here for a month so believe me when I say this is everything you are looking for. Beautiful rooms and delicious food! Zerise amboh, Rhyan, Babith were kind and supportive at the Lagoon. You'll enjoy the view from the restaurant and the gym as well! A great place to stay! I'd highly recommend it 💫

We had a lot of difficulties sleeping in this room. The air conditioner was really musty and moist which caused us some sinus congestion. We tried to open the windows to let some dry air in, but they were locked for safety. We ended up going for a 3am walk to clear our congestion and this really helped. If your not sensitive to humidity, its a great hotel with great location, underground parking, lots of restaurants near by, nice views and very attentive and helpful staff.

Really enjoyed a 10 day honeymoon stay here. Had one small problem with the shower drain and they immediately resolved it. Anytime we asked for something like an extra robe or other request the team was quick to provide. Concierge was very helpful. Cleaning team did a fabulous job continually restocking everything in the room. The only thing we didn't really enjoy was the traditional spring mattress. I had expected a modern mattress and also the pillows weren't really my style as they completely collapse.

Staying in Sharjah but traveling to Dubai turned out to be expensive with 2 tolls each direction at 4 dirhams each and a 20 dirham surcharge. From Dubai to the hotel was 110-130 on average and from the hotel to Dubai was approx 65-75 on average. I'm not sure I saved by getting a hotel in Sharjah over Dubai. But we did enjoy our stay in Sharjah, especially right on the lagoon, what a great view.

This is without a doubt the worst hotel I have ever stayed in and I have stay in many around the world with work. Room walls are dirty and the food is awful. I had to specifically request that house keeping cleaned my room before 6pm as I was getting back from work and would get a knock on the door at 8-8:30pm asking if I wanted it cleaned. The walls seem to not keep out any noise. If you are a deep sleeper, then you need not worry. The noise from out side the hotel goes on till very late and make sure you do not stay on the side of the hotel which is next to the apartment block. This is not the hotels fault but the people there seem to forget their key fob to get into the car park every day and will sit there beeping their horns till they are allowed it with is pretty annoying at 2am. The beds are not comfortable at all. If you only have to ask for something once here then that is a miracle I asked for Laundry to be picked up and had to request again after waiting 2 hours, then it still took a further 1 ½ hours again not great when you request it early so you can go to bed ready for work the next day, this happened more than once. The alarm clocks seem to have a mind of there own I asked for mine to be disconnected but they didn’t understand what I was asking for and just reset the time so had to do it myself.
On the positive side the staff are very polite and the fitness center is good but that's about it.
