  This accommodation is clean and new.
  There is facilities as:
  - Football,basketball and cricket courts;
  - GYM that is open 24 hours;
  - Blue Mart an small supermarket;
  - Cafeteria open 05:15am to 09:00am for breakfast, 11:30am to 02:30on for lunch and 05:30 to 09:30 for dinner.
  Rooms are equipped by one TV, iron and iron desk, refrigerator, table, 2 beds, one shower and one toilet.
  Internet facility is one company, that can provide you 5gb complementary if you are a colleague of Jumeirah. And more for extra charge.

  Nice place but yet to come up will take 3/5 years to develop . somewhat like Al Khalil Gate 10 years ago
