Fantastic service from start to finish. Easy to book and communicate with. The guys did an incredible job with our AC and it was super satisfying seeing the before and after pictures. No dirt or dust escaped as they made sure all our furniture was covered and well protected. Our home was left spotless. Thanks will definitely use again next year.

Highest recommendations for Pro Clean AC. The communication and reservation process was smooth and fast.
The team was in advance and I even got asked if it was ok for me if they would come earlier.
Team arrived earlier then but on the right time.
The 3 gentlemen were friendly and polite. They did a great job by cleaning and sanitizing the whole AC system.
AC was not working as efficiently as before but now is all perfect.

I've used 3 different companies previously and these guys have by far been the best by a long shot!!!
The entire team were incredible. Having identified a problem with the insulation, they went above and beyond to solve it as quickly as possible. The cleaning was thorough and we have immediately noticed the difference. (Especially since the a.c was affecting our daughter's health)
They also came back to balance out the a.c levels once we had tested all them after their initial visit, without additional cost.
And they left the house spotless after they left!
Customer service has been the best I've experienced in the UAE!

We’ve moved just recently to Dubai and for quite a while I was looking for a good company to do the duct cleaning. Since we’ve revamped our new rental place, I was worried that the procedure will mess up everything.
I choose this company randomly however since the beginning I had a good feeling about the way they were communicating. The team was on time, polite, efficient and the most importantly did a good job and left the place spotless. Definitely recommend them and will use their services again!

The guys at Pro Clean AC were very quick to respond and give me a quote for cleaning and sanitizing of our AC.

They arrived on time and did the job to perfection. They covered the whole house with plastic and made sure no dust got anywhere at all. After they finished their job they made sure to clean up and mop after themselves ensuring that the house felt like they were never even there.

Would highly recommend for anyone looking to have their AC vents cleaned and sanitized.

Very professional service from start to finish. Communication was excellent and the team arrived early and covered all furniture. The guys did a great job and left no mess whatsoever, photos were also provided of before and after. Highly recommend and would book Pro Clean again!

Everything was perfect from day I booked. Prompt reply, guys came ahead of time, they were so organized and communicated between themselves nicely. Explained me AC cleaning importance and details about AC itself and provided photos “before and after” cleaning.

The company did an excellent job in cleaning our AC ducts and vents, they came on time, team were so polite and clean. They covered all our furniture and after finishing they cleaned all the floor and tidy up. Appreciate their job quality and efficiency.

I cannot speak highly enough about the Pro Clean AC Team, they were absolutely exceptional from start to finish! They helped with all of our questions, provided multiple quotes for us and were super flexible. The AC service we got was not only the best and most thorough we've seen after 3+ years in Dubai but I couldn't believe how much effort they went to for the price we paid, in my opinion no other maintenance company comes close. The whole service from start to finish was great! Super responsive initial contact, booked in quickly, all info sent through clearly and quickly. The guys turned up ahead of time (UNHEARD OF in Dubai!), they were super professional, polite, quick and clean! My AC was pretty disgusting and now I know how easy the whole thing was I’ll not hesitate in future to use Pro clean regularly!
