Today I have received a call from one Indian lady from this company (042243144), who most probably was looking for new clients.
First impression means a lot, and this one was really rude.
She made a call to the reception, without introducing herself etc, not pleasant voice tone and just rude and aggressive. Once explained who is in charge of our maintenance service she just hang up.
How are you trying to get new clients? This is very unprofessional.
I know she was thinking she is talking with one of the reception team members, but her call was answered by a manager and this way of comunication is not acceptable with no one from our company.
