  Their waiting time is ridiculous it’s appointment based and you still end up waiting 3 hours to see the doctor and go through the whole process
  I would suggest they find a better way to process patients

  I would like to thank you, with the deepest gratitude for you excellent care of me during my illness with my eye ear nose for the past of couple of months. I feel truly overwhelmed by your kindness especially very unique professional outstanding helpful a lady called Zahra who goes out of her way to satisfy you and standby by your side for all of your inquiries and questions that encourage me to recommend to my colleagues friends to try this hospital and ask for zahra the manager to help them and of course they came back to me with an excellent feedbacks.
  Thanks to the staff doctors nurses this is exactly what we need when we are sick the kindness ,professionalism and the care

  Very busy place, they just in rush, it's expensive compared to other service providers, the place was cleaned and no coffee machines like the ones in BURJEEL, the doctors are in hurry they want to patients, the waiting areas are dull and one small TV only in each side, the place requires revamp and total fitout
