Doctors are a hit or a miss.
Dr shreevidya is superb paediatrician the best in UAE and I have visited quite a few.
Some doctors and staff have no value for patients' time. Management needs to improve efficiency. I havent had this issue at other Prime branches.

I strongly advise not to visit this clinic, it is total waste of time and create you huge stress.

Unfortunately I won't visit any other prime because of this branch

Seeing a doctor at prime takes just less than 20mins, but getting the medicine from the pharmacy takes more than 1hr!!! First there is one counter (1 man only!) who checks and waits for insurance approvals, another long wait then another counter to take the prescription and another check to verify the insurance, next another long wait for the pharmacist to get medicines and say how it’s to be taken, then another wait to get the payment made!! If you ask someone why it takes so long, irrelevant excuses! No one cares. They need to streamline the system? Pls, this is unexpectable and poor service!!

One of the best centers I've visited with the best professional Staff. I have been treated with their dermatologist Dr. Parul Dixit & Dr. Adnan the general physician (Qassmia branch) many times and never faced an issue.

Waiting time is too long.Wrong information about Doctors availability.
Being a sick person waiting for one to two hours is not acceptable.
No update from the staff on the reception.

Waiting time in the pharmacy is too long and the area is too small and congested. Not enough room to stand even. Management should consider improving the service of the pharmacy.

4 stars for the medical center.
As a hospital with doctors and to cure ppl. However the internal decoration gives the feeling of a tiger in a bird's cage. Limited spaces and narow corridors yet patients are well seated and organized. Nurses are neat and polite. Doctors are skilled and respectful. Reciption are quick and organized.

    1 star for the pharmacy.
This pharmacy is the most compressed and the smallest in size i ever visited although they provide all types of medicine and more. always crowded with the longest waiting time due to the multiple processes you go in starting from getting your queue number till you get the medicine.

Recommend not to visit the pediatric doctor. They prescribe 1 antibiotic every time you visit it doesn't matter whether it actually required or not. For a fever my child got 10 medicine prescribed by the doctor. You can start a pharmacy of your own after few visits. And she doesn't even talk properly. They are doing just a job.

Patient first policy is not Followed.

The first responsible of any clinics or hospitals is to take care of their patient..
Here i saw Medical Representative are given priority than patient.

We here abroad have very tight schedule and these people are not thinking about our time and work.
We also need to go for work and do our things.

U guys cannot just play with out valuable times .

Many patient are waiting outside and i see MR are called inside General Physian room to sell their brands.

I feel Doctors here are engaged earning moneyrecommending different company medicines rather than doing their job seriously..

The Top level management of prime should seriously think about this and create good environment and timings for both doctors and MR to be engaged in intorducing new brands medicine.
