Im editing my review, I went to take picture again the guy didnt know how to make pictures , the chair was going to fell down and I couldnt feel comfortable to take the pic, he gave me a very dirty jacket to wear it and in the picture the dirt was shown and this picture is supposed to be for my ID!! Dont recommend at all I am never returning again to this place, 40 aed is too much for this bad service

They are extremely disrespectful to customers, they will make you wait for hours; they cannot smile or speak pleasantly. They seems uninterested in interacting with customers. They are also Filipino, and hoping that they would be friendly and accommodating, but they have proven that all of the negative Google reviews about here are all correct.

Worest ever ! They don't respect customers..fast photo with them can take more than 2 hours waiting outside and results was horrible..these people doesn't know how to fix background..dirty walls and just they print ..good to go for visa renewal

Bad service! Got my pictures clicked in the afternoon. They asked me to wait for 15-20 minutes. Instead, I said that I’ll collect them in the evening. I paid and left. Came back in the evening and they were looking for the pictures for a good 5 minutes and not telling me anything. They eventually found them on the computer after a while after which they started printing and cutting the pictures! Made me wait 15 minutes when the whole purpose of collecting them later was because I didn’t have time to wait!

Worst customer service ever. I called to ask about my film and a guy answered me on the phone. when I asked about the delay he was very rude and closed the phone in my face. I have never seen anyone argue with a customer like this guy did and as till now I still haven’t received anything. I’ve dealt with the other filpino lady and she’s been amazing but this guy should be taught how to speak to customers or not speak to them at all. I am so disappointed with the service and this will probably be the last time I even develop film with them. They’re are plenty other places with better service then this place and by the looks of peoples review on here plenty of them agree with me.
