  Very disappointing

  Be careful from this company I am a travel agent and booked with them they did not show, they did not pick up my client from the airport nor they dropped him back I have lost around £44

  Avoid this company! We booked through Emirates and expected a smooth process, but it was far from it. Truly horrendous. I booked the car specifically because we needed a baby car seat for our 9 month old. I wrote this on our booking note and also confirmed via WhatsApp with the company. From the get go when we arrived, my husband and I got a weird feeling about everything. It was hard to find our name on the sign at arrivals, as it was written with about 20 other names. We then walked 10 mins to find the driver in the parking lot and waited a further 10 minutes waiting for the driver to arrive. When we met the driver, the car was old (we had booked a ‘business car’, which it was clearly not) and the car seat was NOT ACCEPTABLE for a 9 month old. It was a booster seat for a 3 year old. We tried to fit our baby in and the seat straps were tangled, both my husband and I couldn’t strap our baby in and even the driver tried and said “I can’t, let me call the head office”…. We asked the driver why there was no appropriate car seat, and he proceeded to blame me for not writing ‘infant car seat’ on the booking, even though I had mentioned our son’s age!! It was at that moment I decided we should get our bags and GO! I did NOT feel comfortable or safe travelling in that car, with that driver or with the substandard seat. We ended up booking a Careem Kids which was with us in minutes. My son’s safety is the most important thing and I’m disappointed this priority wasn’t also shared by the company. I am also so disappointed that this is a company endorsed by Emirates…. Not the standard we expect with Emirates. In summary, signage at arrivals was insufficient, the car was old and not ready for us, there was no appropriate baby seat even after confirming with the company, and the driver was rude. Avoid!!! There are so many better options available.

  Do not book your Dubai airport transfer with this company! Our pick-up from Dubai airport was pre-booked well in advance yet our driver was not waiting for us at arrivals as planned. We waited over 30 mins for the delayed driver to only be told that our transfer had been cancelled and that we should find alternative transport ourselves. Needless to say, this is completely unacceptable for a “premium” pre-booked transfer service. To make matters worse, securing a refund is proving to be needlessly problematic. Avoid this company!
