  I found it in a random search on the internet. Gaurav responded and i had the most amazing experience with him . It's affordable and reliable. Do give work to honest people..not to dubious ones who are least concerned about your safety. Thank you Gaurav and Gul Dat. ( The driver) who was assigned.

  Had an excellent experience with Efficient Tourism. Their team is knowledgeable and friendly, and they were able to help me to plan my trip as per my schedule. Overall i had very good experience in Dubai, will definitely visit again.

  We managed to get early tickets for the super popular Museum of the Future. And we had a very friendly and experienced guide for the desert safari. Thanks to Khozema from Efficient Tourism!

  I’m currently in Dubai and Mohmoud was our tour guide for a private tour we booked through another tour company. I wanted to visit Museum of the Future and when we arrived there were no tickets available for that day. I looked online and saw that tickets were 145 AED and were available for another day. So I was fine with that. Mohmoud was insistent that he could get us tickets with transportation for another day. I said ok great! He made a phone call and said he could get us tickets the following day with transportation and handed me his phone to put my credit information in. I didn’t feel comfortable doing that so I emailed the link to myself from his phone and paid through Applepay because I felt that was the safest method. We paid 210 AED each for these tickets which was 65 AED more per ticket I was fine with that because it included transportation. The next day I follow Mohmoud directions I come to our hotel lobby go to the tour desk tell them the tour company and they have no idea who Mohmoud is and have no idea what I’m talking about! I’m like OMG 😱 I told them I took a tour with Mohmoud yesterday through your tour company. Come to find out they outsource their tour guides and they had no information on who Mohmoud was. Thank God I had emailed myself from his phone yesterday therefore I had his email information and phone number and I had the email from Efficient Tours with their contact information. My previous tour company was able to call Efficient Tours and found out that Mohmoud booked the tickets without transportation and it’s now after the time I’m supposed to arrive at the museum. I contacted Mohmoud and Efficient Tours before the time and no one responded. Mohmoud was dishonest and sold us tickets at a much higher price without transportation and Efficient Tours was absolutely no help in resolving this issue. If you would like to go to Museum or the Future book the tickets directly through the museum’s website!
  ***UPDATE***
  Khozma a representative from Efficient Tourism shows up at my hotel unannounced and thank God the hotel doesn’t allow people to just get in the elevator without a key. The hotel calls my room and ask if I would come down and talk to him. I went down to speak to him and he could care less about the transportation that wasn’t provided his only concern was the negative review I left. He became upset when he demanded that I delete the negative review and I told him I would not. He offered to only refund 159 AED in cash because the other part had been given to Mohmoud and toward a service fee. This was only if I agreed to remove the negative review . Red Flag 🚩 that let me know that Mohmoud and Khozma had some type of side hustle to scam guest. Throughout the evening he contacted me through what’s app he offered to provide transportation to the airport when I departed to resolve the issue, I said no that has already been arranged. I explained to him that I purchased transportation and tickets to the Museum of the Future and I didn’t receive that so therefore it’s fraud. He also told me that Mohmoud did not work for Efficient Tourism then I asked well how was he able to book tickets if he doesn’t work for your company? Efficient Tourism is anything but efficient. I also see that Efficient Tourism has had friends post reviews since my review to help with their rating don’t be fooled! Buyer beware 🚩🚩🚩🚩

  This company is a complete FRAUD!!!!!!! My sister and I booked tickets through this FRAUDULENT company for the museum of the future with transportation never received transportation which caused us to miss the tour. After we waited in the lobby for transportation that never showed up. Tried contacting the company and didn’t receive any communication until after we missed the museum tour. The fraudulent company refused to give my sister and I a refund. This is my twin sister and I birthday getaway and the experience with this company has been horrible. I recommend that you NEVER book ANYTHING with this FRAUDULENT company you will be disappointed I guarantee it…You will thank me later.
