Today was my first visit to beauty garden. I opted for the skin radiance facial. My skin therapist was Moudy. I have say she was so amazing n she made wonders my skin is so clear n glowing. She is well versed n she was well aware of wat she was doing. She kept me informed in every step during the therapy. How can I forget the other staff . They accommodated with my appointment with my convenient time n kept following up until I reached the salon. Wonderful service. I recommend beauty garden.

I had an amazing experience with Nadia! She is just a master hair stylist! I love her attention to detail and high accuracy. She made me stunningly beautiful! I also came to know that she yearly refreshes her knowledge through trainings which absolutely make her one of the best hairstylist here in UAE. Highly recommend her! ❤️

My second visit was completely different experience and big disappointment.
I asked for the same hairdresser who trim my hair two months ago, unfortunately she is already on maternity leave.
I took a chance and let other lady to do so.
From the moment I started to explaining her what I want, she was confused and didn’t understand me correctly.
When I asked her to call receptionist who speak English, she got upset why I wanna call for assistance that she understands me.
I explained her pls don’t wash my hair only use straightener and machine to make it shorter.
Exactly what I was having. Simple, nothing difficult.
Anyway she did her way of using siccers and then machine and then correcting it etc.
They also asked me to pay different price for the same service I got two months ago.
Either make sure you are charging right amount or make sure your hairdresser can communicate proper way.
Or mention that you are accepting just Russian speaking clients.
BUT I appreciate that they fixed my cut next day without any charges.
The lady on reception saved all situation in nice manner.response / report this review -

Love this place. The staff are always so nice. They were able to find time to fit me in for an urgent haircut. I got such a nice hair trim by Natalia. Will definitely be back soon!
