Delay in check in. No hot water. Internet problem.

The hotel of 162 rooms out of which 159 rooms were occupied had NO DRINKING WATER and the staff IMRAN was EXTREMELY RUDE and said it’s not his problem and I should go find water wherever I want to at 2.30 am. I had to take a medicine in pain with tap water due to such behaviour of this hotel.

It is one of the worst hotel you will may stay in. Internet is really bad. NOT CLEAN appartment. Vety old and not maintained .. it is cheap but it dosnt worth its mony. Really bad. Make it ur last option

Location is very good. Average service. Rooms are not maintained properly. Cheaper than other hotels in this area. The property is very old and poorly maintained. If you are getting this as cheapest option then go for it. Other hotels in this area like Ziqoo and chalsea are much much better. If the difference is not too much then better go for these hotels. Keep Parkside as last option

Pros: Location:Nice option for food in sourounding, IBN mall at 20 min walking distance
Net connection: stable and speedy.
Tv channel : staisfied with choice of Indian channels
Cons: Hotel itself
Cost: not worth 250+ DHS per night.
Cleanliness: cockroach and rats are no more surprise.
Staff: courteous but very understaff. Any complaint takes 2-4 calls to resolve.response / report this review -

Good location, near ibnu batuta mall and mini market. Kitchen equipment work fine, have parking. Internet some area in room not covered all, so some area even have WiFi signal but no Internet connection
