One of the hotels that I normally stay in.. Good location and big suits. The food is very nice from the main restaurant we ordered the biryani was so delicious

It’s my favorite in Dubai, staffs are friendly & it’s location is awesome looking over Dubai musical fountain & Burj KHALIFA too..
It has a shuttle to Dubai mall scheduled / hour & a gem club as well swimming pools ..
For me I have been before as tourist in many other 5 stars hotel/ Dubai , but Ramada downtown hotel is the best (warm feelings , family like)

Nice view of Burj khalifah and fountain! Friendly staffs, free wifi, gym and outdoor swimming pool are good point about this hotel. It has 4 Restaurants.

I enjoyed my stay at the Ramada. The suite was spacious and well equipped, the staff all very efficient and friendly and the price was very reasonable. Great location.

Discriminate towards disabled: few words to describe the most outrageous hotel practice I have experienced as a little person. Selected as a little person to be part of the international dwarf fashion show, I was told the ramada hotel was one of our sponsor. the day I arrived in dubai where my first stop was supposed to check in at the ramada hotel, I found out via an email that the hotel decided to turn their back on us and shamelessly left some of the people working in the show in the street. they cancelled their booking because they believed a rumor stating that the show wasnt happening. i will never recommend a hotel ditching people at the last minute. you cant give your word and then turn your back on them like they are an old pair of sicks u dont wanna be dealing with anymore. a message to ramada, if you didnt want to support my community in the first place, you shouldn't have accepted when we asked you to help dwarfism awareness. I am currently talking to a major media news reporter so your hotel name can be dropped and people can know who you are and what kind of unethical entity you are. disabled are human beings and dont deserve to be treated like outcast.

Disappointing for a 5 start hotel in dubay. Staff beraly speaking English and bathroom in poor condition. I had to call for everything (robe, shampoo, water)
