Nice apartment, cozy, clean, and relatively new. I've lived here for 5 weeks now and it's been enjoyable. Small issues such as dim lighting and water pooling in bathroom floor. However I requested a different room and they helped with that. The service is good, very fast and the reception is always on call and responds quickly to any requests.

Water was cut off for more than 4 hrs and it takes them two days to change a lamp in my room..they ve serious maintenance issue..some of the staff is not that friendly as well

Two days Unpleasant stay in paragon hotel.
only few staff in the hotel have good attitude.. the Arab speaking staff are not friendly and helpful.
poor Internet access, Network got discount several times specialy at midnight. To get a better network connection, reception changed my room. yet problem was not solved completely.
Appartment kitchen# floor was oily , Old non stick sauce pan have scratches, Because of using, metal utensils on nonstick.
Living room carpets are old or not Clean well.
Poor Fitting of bedroom curtains not capable of blocking Early morning daylight.
Poor sleeping comfort. Building construction next to the hotel apartment.
At the check inn hotel request for cash or ID deposit.
each of your friends or your guest have to submit there ID before entering the hotel. Hotel policy strict rules.response / report this review -

Very nice apartment. Big size and nicely furnished. Kitchen is well equipped. Receptionists and management very courteous.

They're almost rude and you've to pay for anything and everything while other hotels you don't have to. For Example, the cleaning essentials like shampoo, soap, mini lotion..etc you'll pay for it if you open it while it's should be as a gift for the residents.
