Hotel room was spacious staff were kind. Nearby Abu Dhabi Mall. Do not order the pizza from room service disgusting.

Awful!!!! The whole place smelled of cigarette smoke. It was overwhelming, giving most of us in my travel party headaches. The beds were hard with some kind of thin layer on top of the boxspring. I had to request real mattresses. I also had to request faceclothes and towels. The food was cold and unappetizing. We went out to eat. Awful!!!!

This hostel is good for short stay, it contains all what you need in a perfect location in downtown.
Rooms are clean and tidy, staffs are nice and helpful, there is a free parking (under the hotel by elevators ), coffee, tea and water are available mandatory in each room, there is a safe inside, bed was comfortable.
The swimming pool is so small and underserved located next to the bar which gives no privacy .
I didn't use the cafeteria so I don't know about the breakfast
Generally it is such a good hotel but I believe it should be 3 or 3.5 stars not 4.response / report this review -

Clean, comfortable, friendly staff & good location.
The fastest check in & check out ever, I really checked in in 3 minutes and checked out in 1 minute!
The free car parking valet is a big plus in a city like abu dhabi!
It's really close to Abu dhabi mall which I like so much.
In the middle of everywhere.
Three or four supermarkets just beside the hotel.
A laundry directly infront of it.
A roastery & nut house.
It's price is very nice.
I recommend it & I always stay in it when I go to Abu dhabi.
The only problem is the 2 nightclubs on the roof top and the night visitors that come to the hotel but if you are in a lower floor you won't find it a problem.response / report this review -

Very comfortable room with a very comfortable bed. Bathroom is adequate but the staff is superb. Near the Abu Dhabi mall which is several blocks away. A good place to stay if you are visiting the City and don't need to be close to major business interests like the World Trade Center.
