This hotel is really good for those looking for serviced apartments. The facilities within the hotel and the surroundings are great. However, the main issue for me is that they don’t have self parking area, and they only do Valet Parking except for those on long term stay. Because of this, I waste every day an average of 20-30 mins waiting for the car despite that for every single time I contact customer service in advance. So, for those who are easily frustrated from delays and waiting, I don’t recommend this hotel.

Excellent new hotel with very zen decor. The staff is very friendly and always eager to help in any manner.
The swimming pool and spa facilities are awesome.
The buffet breakfast is good too.
The Laundry is priced for royalty not for us lesser mortals. So please do check the pricing before leaving your soiled clothes in the laundry bag.
Not many options to eat outside the hotel unless you wanna drive out. Parking is very narrow in the basement but they have a very friendly valet service that overcomes the problem of self parking.response / report this review -

The speed of the internet is a true disgrace. At 2 Mbps when Centro next door (a cheap 3-star hotel) has 4 Mbps connection.

Exceptional service, good amenities, at the center of everything in Abu Dhabi. Both the CBD and airport are within 20 minutes by taxi. Taxis are always available in the nearby plaza. Across the street from ADNEC, which is convenient if you are attending any events/conferences located there. There is a 24-hr supermarket called Zoom nearby. Room comes equipped with stove, sink, fridge, washing machine, and stand shower.

Pretty nice place with all facilities inch washing machine, microwave and a stove. Large rooms with ample space. It would have been 5 stars if it hadn't been for the valet parking situation which was unorganized. Had booked 3 room and the delux suites are massive in size. Oh and if someone from the hotel management sees this post, please check the toilet flush in room 502.. it doesn't stop flushing!
