Finally a place where I can leave my dogs while I travel without a single worry and find them happy and well taken care off when coming back. Plus, they're already so used to the place making every departure easier and easier.

Great service! Don't know if my Shali enjoyed her session as much as I did looking at her being pampered but she didn't complain which was a first!! And she looks beautiful with her new lion cut!! :) :) Thank you guys!!

The place is very clean and fresh, the staff are pleasant, very helpful and courteous. They have a wide range of pet food and accessories, which make it a one stop shop for all your pets needs. Prices are also very reasonable and competitive. AE

Absolutely love this place! The staff are very attentive to each dogs personality and are very professional. Facilities are very clean and well kept.The prices are affordable and the location is so convenient. Definitely recommend this place. Thanks pampered poochies for the fantastic service!

Pampered poochies offers amazing grooming service - my puppy was smelling like a cherry blossom for one week.The staff is fantastic and super friendly and you can tell they love animals. Def recommend to everyone who truly love their pets to visit this place. A real gem!

I only gave one star because I couldn't leave a zero. I had a 3 month unlimited wash membership, and unfortunately rarely managed to get an appointment. I even politely asked for the manager to call me today, thinking she may be professional enough to handle my complaint properly. The owner called me and started the conversation with: "I hear you've been argumentative with my staff" before even listening to me. needless to say, I will never give my business to such a place.

What a lovely service I experienced here. Very pleased this place exists as its great location, great staff and I know that products/routines used are top notch. They're focused on quality here and will be making our visits here a routine.

Best spa to bring your fur babies. The groomers are amazing, not only do they do an amazing job but they're also very caring and look after your pets. Friendly staff and the shop has a variety of products that you can purchase while waiting for your fur baby to be beautified. Took my Pomeranian there and he was so happy to show off his haircut, even he liked it 😀. Total recommend !!!
