i really had a bad experience wz that shop, i took my doy for grooming ,and they cut his ear by wrong and ,i stayed more than three weeks and i heal my dog ,they didnt tell me or even maybe they didnt noticed what they did .,i had to go the shop and tell them about that but i went to abu dhabi for one month and i stayed all time and i heal my dog there .

The most luxurious pet store I have seen in the world! They have so many choices of fluffy beds for dogs. I bought many natural and organic treats for louise, my daschund. I couldn't believe how many clothes they sell for pets. Tank tops, jackets, sweaters, skirts and I spotted even Halloween costumes!
I tried their spa Salon for the first time and it was definitely an amazing experience for Louise! The groomers made her feel so relaxed. Even while doing the nail cut she felt comfortable to trust the groomers. I highly recommend you try out their spa. They use all quality products and you can see it's very high end. If you have a pet that you really want to pamper then this is the place for you! Nothing else in Dubai comes even close!!response / report this review -

Very nice place for dogs boutique. Its a luxurious service don't expect them to be cheap. Highly recommended if you want your pet to be perfect in the time for groom.

Came by Pampered Pets as my wife and I were walking back to the hotel. Had to stop in to see what it was all about! As soon as you walked in you understood that this place knows how to treat pets :) The people working were of the upmost professionalism and are truly committed to their work! Would defiantly take my dog here!

Took my Labrador here last week. Not a lot just a pedigree cut and nail trim.

I enjoy bringing my dog here as they bring in high quality dog, it can be a little bit pricey compared to other dog food brands.
They had a new stall up where they serve 'chocolates and sweets' for dogs which was pretty cool.
They also have a variety of dog/cat beds, leads and everything you can think of that you would need for your pet.
Did not get a chance to try the groomers for my dog but it looked professionally set up (maybe even better than the one I go to 🤔)response / report this review -

The absolute best pet supply store in Dubai! I couldn't imagine going anywhere else for my toys, food, treats, etc. Their selection is vast and their service is incredible. I loved their grooming my pooch looked awesome. They have amazing selection of grooming products! Like it!

I came last friday to buy some stuff for my cat, as a new cat owner I asked the assistant about the things to do and to provide. Thanks to the kind employee for helping me. I really loved the store its really nice and lovely. I will come back again for grooming.

I took both my dogs here last week & the groomer was absolutely wonderful! Our baby of our two Sasha was so scared & the groomer worked wonderfully with her. I will definitely be returning. Thank you! Our dogs smell and look fantastic!

They have great employees and they have amazing training! They know exactly how to handle any type of Dogs.Their groomer is the best and knows how to care for any dogs!I will be coming back next time again!
