I have brand new Lexus car. Performance is amazing , fuel efficiency is great, comfort levels are at their best. But when it comes to service - it is ridiculously bad!!!
1) firs service went fine - 3/5 , it was in time, call was recieved accordingly and car was in a good condition ( clean ).
2) second service was disappointing, as they didn't do anything from what I have requested ( car was dirty, diamond bright wasn't re-applied ). Why do u make me buy services u don't want do ?
On top of it - the next day after service I got indicator lighting that I have 70 km left till oil will finish, I was so scared that my car will stop anytime I had to head down to service center again . No apologies, no coming back with an excuse - they just took the car, refilled the oil and parked car outside ( no records, no paper work ).
3) third service was with special request as on 19,000km my air conditioning died ( air just became super hot and it is a new car!!!). After the whole day in garage with booked appointment, I was informed that they don't know the reason and computer didn't restart in the span of 5 hours. So they proposed to keep my car for 2 days or to bring in later for when everything will be ready and will take one day. 2 weeks later I booked an appointment , brought my car at 8 ( so that service team would have the whole day) and mentioned that I need car on Saturday latest . I was promised to be contacted as soon as reason will be clear ( which didn't happen ). The next day I started to call service center to pick up my car - and I was informed that documents are not ready, they can't do replacement Of a/c engine/ motor, and that they knew reason from the beginning - but didn't do anything . And car will be ready on Sunday at 4pm !!! So I am left car less for 5 days !!! No car replacement, no apologize and no car . For your information for the last service - I had the same person , so carelessness to my case is not a matter of different sales people, or documentation process - it is the matter of not valuing customer .
I am very dissapointed with quality of after services. Being customer of a such respected brand and face so many issues for amount being paid is unacceptable for me.

I had a very bad experience with Lexus UAE , I used to have a Lexus in the US and the service was perfect but Lexus UAE service is very very bad. to be more clear let me explain :
1. You must do so many services (which was not required in the US) and these services is very costly and if you miss one your warranty will be canceled
2. So many times they dont wash my car after service or they do bad job if they do
3. Never provide transport service unlike the US so i always have to waste time waiting or take a taxi
4. They pushed me so much to buy tire insurance, and when i had a problem they never covered it ( the also own the insurance company)
Basically a Lexus in the US is not the same Lexus in uae.
I still love Lexus but why pay almost 30,000 more to buy from dealer if service is bad and warranty will be canceled. My advies dont buy from dealerresponse / report this review
