All the staff very friendly and the atmosphere was great. One of the senior guys (I over heard him being called Mr. Michael) was a reassuring presence helping and overseeing some of the processes and although not directly involved with me and him obviously being busy with other things I was more relaxed knowing he was around in the event I needed to speak straight to anyone.

Poorest service in Dubai!I swear I will never ever ever buy anything from GMC or advice friend to al Ghandi.Struggling nearly 3 months to get one issue fixed in ras al khor and time square.They don’t care their customer at all!4 times they claim the issue has been fixed while every time the issue is still there and they create more issue for my car!My window can’t be close after the service and the door alarm is showing open while they just tell me it has nothing to do with them and I have to pay the bill!Its a joke!Make me feel like they just wanna screw you up!and typically Arabic style “Yella pay this money we fix for you!””Yella drive the car there is no issue”(the door alarm is on🤑)The best person is the cashier guy even behave better than manger coz he has empathy knows to say sorry for what happen to the customer!Really a joke!no apology for all what happen to me!I have to pay for it and waste nearly 3 weeks again with them can’t live in Dubai without a car for such long time.Complain to GMC Middle East and even Customer Right here(first time to try.don’t ever try guys 🤫)for nearly 1 week.Trust me they are all unhelpful at all!Don’t ever think about customer satisfaction here.Had a another brand car which offers better service.Will never ever or allow my friend to join them!rarely type this much on media but really disappointed!

Please read in full it will help you make a good decision

We have bought more than 100 cars from Al Gandhi and facing really funny things with the warranty claims

At one point they are saying we will receive the car and will tell you estimate after opening the engine and if you don't do the work with us we will give you the open engine and we will charge you AED 3500 for the diagnosis .

Now a days if you attach the OBD with company computer you can easily find out what is the problem in the car.

we have bought 60 Aveo and 80 percent of the cars came up with the short life in the battery when we send for warranty they refused and finally agree to replace at half of the cost within warranty period. For which we discovered that Al gandhi motors could not selle the cars for more than 1 year and hence the battery life was reduced .

You should ask the production year and month before buying the car because once your bank approve and car is registered than it is exceptional to replace the car.

Since car were manufactured too earlier than we bought bigger issue happened with tire because in Dubai you have limited life of tires due to higher standard of safety measures . So you have to replace them even if the tire condition is ok but tire manufacture year is old.

even worst part is that if you don.t let them charge high on the oil change every time they get an excuse to pinch you on the repairs and refuse warranty

For Example if you don't do oil change they will not repair your window in warranty.

so If you are buying a chevrolet assuming that you are covered under the warranty . better buy a reliable brand at least from a more reliable dealer . Dont forget Chevrolet has more dealers also

They are not skill for some cars. I drop my Camaro for service and they couldn't find the problem for compass. since 1 week they are waiting answer from someone else which is not sharing with me. need to send complain mail about it.

Big new vehicle showroom for Chevrolet and GMC. They got small section for used cars also.
Plenty of salesmen to assist. Huge are to explore vehicles. Test drive to be pre booked though and depends on availability of the vehicle.

very helpful salesman , mr jack, he will go the extra mile to get you the car delivered, but a bit of advice, check from where you will get your auto loan before buying the car as the salesman's of the banks at the showroom are not helpful and will try to trick you base on the car delivery date

Untrained service staff, AL Ghandi is the only reason I will never ever buy @Chervolet in the UAE again. The technical staff is useless yes useless. The sales staff are not helpfull. No problem there are many other car dealers in the country. If not you someone else who is taking care of us will get our business
If you read so far , please be aware of service staff and always triple check their work unless you want to come next day back to get the fix which supposed to fix before
