This place is pretty horrific they've got children running in the consultation rooms and no one is controlling them. After specifying on the phone that only a surgeon can treat my issue, they booked me in with the cosmetic dentist, who obviously could not do anything to help me. I then waited another 2 hours for a doctor and was put off by the whole experience so didn't attend. Would not recommend this dentist at all. Not professional.

If you have a toothache, or any aches and you have insurance coverage.. you are in a wrong place.. good if it takes an hour to get approval and your doctor is free from queue, so you can proceed for a treatment. Otherwise, like in my case you have to take an appointment for consultation only then they will send papers for an approval meanwhile you have to wait and suffer once it's approved you call them and Dr. is fully booked next available is after 3 days.. can you imagine when you have a toothache and you are going through all this nonsense process frustrating! I'm rating the process at the hospital only not the doctors as I found other hospitals have easier process than this.

Oriana hospital is the one of the good hospital I know in Sharjah. Very good and experienced doctors. All the staffs are friendly. Only thing I noted was the waiting time, but its ok, as doctors needs to examine all the patients carefully, I can understand them

if any one get an opportunity from ORIANA hospital dont believe its all fake . the hospital phone number from its page matches with the call letter given to us and in that it says we need to contact the agency that is ARABIAN travel AGENCY which is completely FRAUD they charge for the visa 1500 DOLLARS which is FRAUD AGAIN AND once the payment is done they will ask us to pay 3000 DOLLARS for MINISTRY OF HEALTH which is FRAUD again . if cancel our process then they dont give us any money back . ONE IMPORTANT THING THEY ASK US TO PAY THE AMOUNT TO ONE PERSONS ACCOUNT IN INDIA even though they are from DUABAI . they send us some documents like appointment letter offering very high salary and some other documents which they all look like original but they are FAKE. PLEASE ANYONE WHO GETS ANY APPOINTMENT LETTER BE CAREFUL FROM ORIANA HOSPITAL .

Not the worst, but definitely one of the worst. The waiting time after appointment was 1 and a half hours. Doctors don't call you for test results even if there is something wrong, they send them by email because they think you can read them by yourself and find out what's wrong. You call them to ask the doctor what to do. The doctor is busy and never call back.

Update: this place is the perfect example of non-productivity. Too many people at the reception, too many unsatisfied customers in the waiting line. Sad!

I called to ask for an appointment. The registration first words were : "What you want ?" Not only by an impolite statement but even more rude tone of voice.. shocking really. HR needs to definitely take a second look at their recruitment policies. Don't think I will make an appointment there any time soon.

Just visited Oriana hospital for a cardiology consultation with Dr yousef Alsaleh regarding my blood pressure and heart condition. I have visited many cardiologist in the past in UAE but i must say he is one of the best, his methodology and approach to my condition was excellent and the way he carried out my case was very professional. Staff was very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend Dr yousef Alsaleh to anyone who wants to visit a cardiologist
