The front desk receptionists are unprofessional and unqualified to handle patients
The management should review such cases and take necessary actions if they really care
They rejected a 3 years child with a fever (38.6) degree for a ridiculous reason while they were laughing and talking to each other’s

Very bad service. The appointments are useless. Even if you have an appointment you still have to wait for 40 mins although there is no patients.
