A very bad experience with the pediatrician here. I visited this doctor twice for my daughter and his treatment was not satisfactory at all. I was called from Aster for registering a complain against this doctor and could not get any further information. Anyway, even if they took any action or not, this doctor is not recommended at all.

Hi, I am frequent visitor to the ASTER clinic, Abu shagara fortunately or unfortunately since almost like 20 months now, its overall feel good experience with the staffs there. Especially Ms. Arya, she showed a great concern when in a moment, I could not able to manage to sit and wait (Due to ill factor) for my turn to meet doctor, Ms. Arya permitted me to lye at the bed available till my turn comes. She promptly attends patient and courtesy expressed towards us is EXEMPLARY..Kudos to the team OVERALL.:)

I had an In growing toe nail surgery and treated by dr Murtaza and dr varsha refered me they treated me very well seriously nw I am feeling really better and evn Kevin who was doing my dressing daily he was really humble and he gave me lot of suggestions. Totally nw I dnt hve any pain. Best clinic I ever visited and best doctors I treated with.

Not the best experience I had!! And definitely an unexpected one! Dr. Sarfaraz khapatwala seemed very infuriated as soon as I said that I was concerned about my health issue and checked up online ( which every normal human being does these days because everyone wants to know we are not in any kind of a major situation health wise) he went on and on about how the Internet is nonsense and that nobody should visit the clinic if they can google their health issues they can google their cures and medications as well!! Which coming from a doctor was very surprising!
He even went ahead and said that I should only use Internet for my profession related researches and not anything else..
it was quite insulting to be honest nobody likes to receive such a treatment when they are in a medical facility
There is a way to say things even when you don’t agree with someone.
I didn’t respond on the spot because I have doctors in my family as well and we are taught to respect them for the work they do and their profession
Also, in that moment I was more concerned about my health. All in all it was an unpleasant experience for me personally.

Doctors are good but slow service especially on holidays, minimum you have to wait for half an hour for your turn, then you have to wait for nurse then doctor, staff is helpful and friendly but what I believe this clinic is understaffed, at they should keep more staff especially on holidays or on rush hours, people are not only coming from neighbouring areas they are coming from other areas also and then they have to wait long for their turn not good.

Based on my last visit
Doctor are good but couple of reception are need more training. They keep us waiting to take referral from GP to see Child specialist. Once we get referral they said Comeback on Saturday doctor left already on top of that they were asking to pay money for referral. They are not even bother why I took my hild there what happen to her. But they are more worried about consultation fees. Later they there manager she is saying the same thing instead I thought she will help us to see doctor.
Guys sorry to say but you need training on customer service, managing and organising.

As you can see most of your complaints are about not answering the calls, complaints are prevailing since so long, today I tried calling and still no response. I wonder being a big player in Medical services , how do you appoint staffs who are not even responsible to answer calls. I might get a response to send details in email , I have done that too. Please try to solve this issue. You are doing a paid service not a free service. so be at least responsible for the money you take from patients.

Treated well, respectfully and had everything clearly explained throughout the procedures.
Explained what was happening throughout and treated with compassion and cheerfulness and i requested for Medical Certificate and Doctor has Given me for two days before i have been to other Aster Hospitals i have done x-ray Blood Test but They refused to give 2 days rest and from Reception they asked me to Review i took initiative to Thanks each and everyone ..

One of your customer service person helped me to consult with the doctor. I had a similar experience with at the pediatric section also for my baby. Wonderful experience. Excellent service. Dr.Girish has been fantastic. Cannot think of anything better than what he has done for us. The sisters, brothers and the entire staff of the Clinic have been just too good in providing their best services. When I visited last, I was quite impressed with how organized everything was, as well as clean and neat. I went to see the ENT specialist and not only was she very knowledgeable but she was equally friendly and warm. Staff seem really hardworking and dedicated and I shall definitely be returning. What I appreciate the most with this clinic is that the staffs are very effective and efficient. They know how to multitask despite of the number of patients who are waiting in the Que in front of them and knowledgeable enough of the questions being asked and answers them perfectly. I also commend the doctors for being so welcoming to their patients and ease them through the way they speak and give relief to the illness that they’re having.Aim high and soar high !evening time it is very busy but still they are giving very good services.

Today I called Aster Abushagara 3 times for an emergency for my new born kid great there is nobody to respond. I called their main number, that Agent kept me waiting for another while and told eventually there is nobody to take the call.
The irony is Aster has the slogan "We'll treat you well", how can they treat us well if they don't want even to answer a call.

Ridiculous behaviour from the staff had to wait for more than an hour just for follow up matter!!! Nobody were concerned neither acted despite several requests!!! Now I know now I’ll get an email or call asking Sir please let us know what went wrong so we can assist when were were at the Center nobody cared.

Worst ever response from Staffs in this clinic. I repent myself to choose this clinic. Waiting time as per staff is short and we waited for 5 hrs.
First of all they do not have common sense to give estimated time of wait.
No follow up with Insurance. We need to keep calling the clinic to push Insurance. It took more then 14hrs for getting approval and the 1st call went to Insurance company after 14hrs when we Visited back the clinic. They also not aware of the procedure to pass the file from Reciption to Approval department and they discuss in front of patients how the file moves and why we do so.

An experienced physician is not available in Abu shagara clinic for me being pragnent and indicated with gestational sugar it is difficult to rush to another clinic for consultation with experienced physician and then for consultation every time hop from clinic to clinic. Two days before I visited abu shagara clinic and got GTT reports and after consulting with Dr. Manisha I had to rush to Butina branch to consult Dr. Shrikant it was a great problem for me you must appoint an experienced physician at Abu shagara clinic. I suggest Dr. Shrikant because for every time check up or any emergency I had to rush between clinics. Do consider these suggestions as early as possible as it is a serious problem that patients face.

Worst experience with X-Ray operator on 8 Dec. As I women I must share this to alert the concern. He asked me if I am pregnant. I said NO. Next question Are you Sure? Again I said NO. Now this stupid should understand what is meaning of NO, NO means NO.
But still he asked my about my date. can you believe this? Very rude at least in UAE where women are considered safe. I was about to go outside without X-ray but my pain was more than my anger.
Please the concern person in ASTER, ask that X-ray operator who so ever was there on 8 Dec 2016 evening how to talk. Have some respect about the reputation of ASTER.
Anyways I will never go there now.

Worst ever response from a hospital industry!!! I repent myself to chose Aster Abu Shagara!!!
First of all they do not have common sense to give their name when the receive a call secondly it must be your fortunate time if they have to attend your call! Today was the height of it, I called to speak to the insurance coordinator and I get a very polite reply from a lady saying Sir she's taken off today a 10.11.2016! Means there's e nobody else to assist me at all!!! She then tells me that she will call me back in few min.! & am still waiting!!
