I don’t know who this people who putting all this good comments , I’m sure u are not living here!!!
I can not convey in words how shocked I am from this building!!! I’ve been living here for more than 6 months, but the problems with the apartment do not end there.
1. The fire alarm is triggered 10-15 times a day, sometimes at night.
2. During rain, water flows intensively from the windows.
3. The air conditioner has broken down already 3 times and they are not able to fix it. 4. From the drains always a terrible stink, they not able to fix it !
5. The building is built of very cheap materials.
Plus a gift to everything is your neighbors , whom you will always hear as there is no sound insulation in this building!!!!

The building is look nice, but made of cheap materials! I can hear what my neighbors doing above my flat at any time, and if someone is walking outside the flat!!! Bad water communications, you can feel bad smell from a sink few times a day!!! And the worst is super sensitive Fire Alarm system, which easily can wake you up at 5 am because someone decided to cook eggs in the morning and burn it!!!! I have no idea, how all those mistakes where done, maybe someone just wanted to finish the building as soon as possible and they didn’t care about humans who going to buy the apartment, and who going to live there. extremely disappointing
