  Poor and unprofessional service. I had a good service till i shifted my residence last week. New team is not bothered anout the customer.

  Horrible customer service.
  Delivery guy (African) just ignoring our office. Every time having issues with giving receipt and never have change. And then he is promising to bring next week and not coming back for 1 month or more. I can see him around our area, but he is not passing by our office, so sometime i had to chaise him and ask to come. Called customer service to complain and guess what they cannot find our company profile in their system (they are delivering water to our office for 3 years already)
