I booked a express test (results test to my clients becouse they have a flight in 24h) more than a week ago and when they colled the sample they informed my clients they were overbooked and will do the results in 24h to 36h. This is not the kind of service you can overbook, completly untrustworty!

What a fantastic service by Betty Birungi her precision when taking this test was unbelievable. Both my husband and I did not feel a thing. Even though you could sense that she was going deep into your nasal cavity to thoroughly test you, she did this so gently we did not experience one ounce of discomfort. A true expert in taking this test. Always book Betty!

First Response Healthcare was recommended by a friend of mine. Very proactive approach. Definitely recommended for PCR test. The ease of getting the test done at your doorstep. Reports were shared in less than 8 hours.

Nurse Betty from Uganda is so organised while performing her duties. She was helpful and she explains every step she does. Very gentle. I did not feel anything but she was done. I recommend her for you. Great job Betty

It has been a great experience. I booked them a night before for a full PCR and they came to my hotel room to take the sample. I never imagined that PCR test would have been that easy. Very professional staff especially Nurse Shanti, who made the process very easy. The price is also very cheap in whole Dubai. Highly recommended. Thank you and keep up the good work.

I highly recommend First Response for their FAST service. My mom was feel better and with the female doctor and very approachable team, we will call them in case we require. Professional doctors and well oriented nurse.

Dr. Majd was very informative and talked me through all the steps before doing anything. His joyous spirit allowed me to maintain calm through the process. Martin has the magic touch! Although I have small veins, Martin was able to locate them without causing me any pain. All the shots he gave me on different parts of my body were shockingly painless. Your time and efforts are highly appreciated!
